Very friendly couple rooms are nice breakfast is delicious nothing is to much trouble would definitely stay here again but you need to have a car as it’s out of the way lovely countryside wroxham is lovely

First holiday in the UK for years, booked 7 nights, then realised we weren't looking forward to 7 nights in someone's house, mainly because we are used to impersonal hotel rooms. Fortunately for us Jane put us in the little annex in the grounds which apparently was slightly larger than a room in the house, with a micro wave we didn't use. We had breakfast in the house, which was good and plentiful and not being a big eater I changed from the full English to toast and marmalade a few morning . Ideally situated to visit most of the Broads and Norwich where Jane advised the Park & Ride, something we wouldn't have done but much easier than taking the car into Norwich. Lovely helpful couple and yes we would go back.
