I have visited this property on a couple of occasions. I know my arrival was late, but both times I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to open the door. After a long day of travel, that is very frustrating. All other areas of this property are awesome.

Nice stay, nice hotel. Staff was polite and professional. The only oddity was breakfast. I'm on the road 100+ days a year at hilton properties and I've never seen anything quite like it. It's kind of like someone who has never been in a restaurant set up how it would work. Everyone lines up at the hostess station and makes their order before sitting down - so there's this big line of people waiting to order (which requires looking you up on two different printouts) then you go sit down and wait. I don't think they were understaffed, it just all seemed very awkward. Also it was "Taco Tuesday", which is fine, but you can't -just- have tacos at the breakfast buffet. It looked like they'd been out there a while, so I don't think I was they only one who felt that way. Again, none of this was a big deal, just very strange.

Comfortable hotel perfectly situated if staying in Broken Arrow. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel store, bar, and restaurant are excellent!! Breakfast from the menu was in my mind expensive ($14) for what it was. There are plenty of high-quality alternatives nearby. The rooms were clean, and 90% of the pillows were very nice and firm. The bathroom was clean and fitted out with three days of towels. Housekeeping was available if requested. The room had a large modern TV and a mini fridge and small microwave. The room was comfortable, and the staff friendly, but the rooms are starting to show a little age. I'll probably keep coming back because of the staff and location. 9/10
