Have stayed twice in the last two weeks. Lovely friendly staff have taken the bookings and the same in reception upon arrival. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Have stayed a few times over many years and it's great to see the motel has continued to move with the times and update their rooms. Great value for money. Would recommend for a quiet comfortable stay. Thanks

The rooms are large, but the facilities are a bit old.
The parking space of some rooms is not close to the door of the room, but it is not a big problem.
Checkin and checkout are very convenient.

The positives: lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Beds were comfy. Hearing and cooling great. Shower head was awesome although hard to get the temperature right. I hear the restaurant is good. The negatives: sorry I know you said your going to renovate but it should be much better than this full stop. The whole room needs a good clean. The toilet, basin, towels and bedding was clean however there was grime build up along tiles, flooring and mould in shower. Shower could use a good scrub. The curtains and doors are filthy. Very poor lighting with all but one lamp working. Asked to have them fixed but it didn’t happen. Really I was disappointed with the room and the facilities. Being first week of school holidays the pool was closed being cleaned. It is tiny. Should have been ready! Paying $188 per night for multiple nights without access to full amenities is a bit rich. Paid $200 in Mildura for a beautiful room at a motel with all amenities available. Parking was bad. Not enough spaces per rooms & if you have a medium to large car then it was a squeeze. Tv in our room played up lots and is tiny. They offered to replace it but didn’t. Internet not great. So sorry as I hate leaving bad reviews. I did ask politely but u fortunately didn’t express my views directly. The road noise is excessive being on the corner of 2 main roads (hwy) but it’s exacerbated by the servo next door.

GGuest UserWe stopped for one night at the Ibis whilst travelling from the Barossa to Dubbo. The rooms are a little basic but comfortable enough and very handy to be able to park right outside the room. The small pool looked inviting on a hot afternoon but I didn’t get the chance to use it. What was great here was the restaurant. The most beautifully cooked steak from a good menu and a good choice of beers and wines. Really friendly service from the staff too and the restaurant had a really friendly buzz. Would certainly recommend.

GGuest UserArrived at 830pm, Staff accommodated to our late arrival. Very helpful staff, pointed us in the direction of some Restaurants for dinner. Upon entering the room, smelt lovely, very clean and tidy, quite a large Family room. Worth every cent. Parking on site and not too far from city centre. Definitely recommend to anyone travelling through Broken Hill!

GGuest UserWe had 5 nights in this park and we enjoyed its' proximity to the main streets of Broken Hill which we could access on our bicycles. The showers were lovely with lots of hot water and good pressure. The current owners appear to be working hard to upgrade this park and we will stay again next time we visit Broken Hill.
