Premier Inn Bromsgrove Central

Perfect location for our short trip to Avon croft weekend event. Rooms suitable size for 2 with everything you need. Check in was simple and speedy with plenty of parking available. Breakfast options were very good and all staff made you feel welcomed.

I stayed here for one night prior to travelling to Luton Airport. The staff member at check-in was very polite, welcoming and helpful. My room was exactly as I'd expect from Premier Inn - clean, comfortable and functional. I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was taken in the restaurant across the car park. My server here was also very friendly and helpful. I informed her of my milk allergy and she went the extra mile by personally ensuring that my breakfast was cooked separately. I greatly appreciate the fact that Premier Inn takes allergies seriously. The restaurant was busy, which is why I think I waited almost 30 mins for my food to arrive. Service was slow. The bacon was very hard but my breakfast was otherwise delicious. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Came to the UK for a family wedding. Needed a decent hotel central to family and venue. Premier Bromsgrove checked all the boxes. Super comfy beds, slept very well. Staff are excellent in what they do.

Stayed here as we were at a wedding nearby. We got what we needed in terms of comfort and location, and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. They attended to all our requests in a lovely way. Have to say all the taxi drivers were the same, really friendly and accommodating.

Having a refurb so was like a building site and pub was closed and only serving breakfast had to travel to get a evening meal

Having experience with many hotels, I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bed. Being on a business trip, having a good sleep is the the main requirement.

Check in was fast and friendly luckily I was on the second floor so no car doors keeping me awake as the car park is right next to the room windows.The room was big and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.Spotless and clean both the bedroom and bathroom could not be faltered. The restaurant is an old Brewers fair pub but the choice for dinner was not for me I did however have continental breakfast and wish I’d gone for cooked as the choice was extremely poor. The service from all the staff was friendly and professional
