Reeks like smoke. It’s 2024 and not only do they still have smoking rooms, they are on the same floor as non-smoking rooms. The smell fills the hallways and seeps under your doors. Otherwise this is a pretty run-of-the-mill mediocre Hampton Inn. A bit dated, unimpressive breakfast, and no pool. It benefits greatly by being one of the few options in the area.

This hotel should not be open while it is renovating. It is a mess. Hallways are stripped of all wood. Door numbers are indicated with a ***** of blue tape. Hallway carpet was filthy & obviously ready to be removed but I had to walk on it. Our bathroom floor was scattered with paint drops & dirty. It's bad enough that it barely provides necessities with very thin towels. No notice was given prior to reservation. I certainly would have thought twice about making a reservation. I have removed this family of hotels from my list & I am a Hilton Honors member.

Hotel is casual, with good service. The employees were helpful, the rooms a little dated but clean. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and the breakfast was better than most Hampton inns. Located right off interstate , easy access. Hotel lobby is casual, hall carpet was well worn, which was only real downside.

The staff was more than superior. I have stayed at many hotels. I must say the customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Miss Donna went above and beyond to make my 2month stay like home away from home. She was successful in this endeavor. She made sure my colleagues and i had dinner & snacks when we arrived from work, which was after hours. She was just magnificent. I don't eat beef & pork. Donna made sure I had something to eat. The rooms were also very tidy. The rest of the staff were very friendly and professional.

Stayed here on our trip to Florida. Liza at the counter couldn’t have been nicer when we checked in. Gave a great restaurant recommendation also. Hotel was nice and clean, nice location right off 75. Will definitely stay here again.

Most food especially eggs are processed food It taste very bad Please go back like old days provide fresh food again especially eggs Lobby furniture are deteriorating Chairs are ripped and falling apart

The staff made you feel right at home from the very beginning. Complimentary breakfast was better than most and everyone made you feel welcome. Will be staying again on our next trip. Very clean room. Carpet in the hall can use updating but it has been ordered for a year. Still a good value

We loved our stay here. Our dogs got loved on by every single employee we encountered. Especially kind and attentive was Nick, Montana, and Donna. They actually waited in the lobby to see and pet our pups when they knew were we coming in from walking them. Nick brought treats from his home to share with our pups. Great Customer Service over a pool any day!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were helpful, pleasant and a joy to deal with. Like we were staying with friends. The attitude permeated through to all the guests. We've stayed in some pretty nice hotels around the world. This was a really wonderful surprise. And since we have family in the area, we will definitely be back.
