Paper thin walls. Room phone was dirty with something brown on it - hoping it was chocolate. Obviously it was NOT sanitized. No 'Do Not Disturb ' sign - housekeeping entered while I was in shower. Hair dryer was broken/unsafe, but technically usable. Top floor stay but had child next door making lots of noise and banging on wall. No phone charging outlets nearby. Children should be on lower levels. Elevator extremely slow. Popcorn machine accessible to ANYONE in lobby - no Covid regulations.

Great place. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean. Fresh popcorn in the lobby was a great idea. They even have a beer and wine bar that is VERY reasonable. The front desk staff were very friendly and always welcomed us when we walked in. They even have a gas grill by the pool for guest use.

My husband and I recently lost everything in our home due to Hurricane Helene and have been staying at this hotel while we try to rebuild. We have been without power for almost two weeks, and there is still no resolution in sight. The hotel and its staff have been nothing short of amazing during this incredibly difficult time. Everyone has been so kind and considerate, truly going above and beyond to help us through this trauma. A special shoutout to the manager, Amish, who has been incredibly accommodating and always greets us with a warm smile. He made sure we had a room ready when we found out that Hurricane Milton, another Category 3 storm, is heading straight for our area. It's such a relief, especially with all the nearby hotels fully booked, to know we have a safe place to stay. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly—everything we could ask for during such a stressful time. We are so grateful to the entire team here. Their kindness has been a true blessing.

We were displaced from our local home due to water leak and needed a place to stay. Mr. Amish, Rose and Frances, along with their staff were welcoming and supportive. We were so relieved to have a clean and comfortable place to rest and care for ourselves. We felt safe and comfortable. The coffee was fresh and hot, and breakfast was available and fresh as well. There is a laundry room available.The room was very clean, quiet and the beds quite comfy. Television channels were easily accessed. The pool was very clean and I made good use of it. Overall I highly recommend Microtel and its staff for making my family feel welcome, comfortable and safe. Thank you!
