I don't stay at luxury hotels often. And, I'm not a golfer. I imagine my experience would be different otherwise. But, this was the location of my convention, it was nice.

Hotel was under construction so not at its peak of beauty but it was very beautiful and comfortable. I stayed in a newly redone room which was beautiful but the location of the table and outlets were terrible. I came for a work conference and had to set up on the bench instead of in a chair and I couldn't face out the window. We had a great conference room and great snacks at our breaks. The hotel is not near anything and we did not play golf so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. My main concern was the redesign of the room with minimal thought to where outlets could best allow me to work and see out the windows with beautiful views of the mountains. Other than that its a 5 start kind of spot

This hotel has a very nice facility include two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and a fully equipped gym. However, I didn't find any sanitizing wipes to clean the equipment. The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. We got a complementary upgrade to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. However, the toilet tank was leaking and making refilling noise periodically. The mini regenerator was also making noise intermittently. The buffet breakfast was disappointing, especially if you're health conscious. TV was just cable or sat service; no YouTube or Netflix access. So bring your laptop.

This used to the go to location for the Broomfield area. Rooms have been updated nicely. Beds are not great though. Management shows little interest in the following concerns: no wifi avail, room location had a disgusting view of construction trash, loud noise from air conditioning unit, some bizarre generator or something extremely loud inside the walls from 7-11:30pm then started up again at 4:30am! It was a terrible room at full price. Manager, Matt finally offered a $75 discount after initially suggesting we check out of the hotel. Since when does hospitality mean “we don’t care and you are welcome to leave”? This used to be a wonderful hotel so sad to see it deteriorate to such a low level for an Omni resort.

We loved our view from the balcony. Newly renovated room was spacious and clean. Disappointed in the breakfast restaurant being closed and shutting water off one afternoon due to a leak in the hotel. Staff friendly but didn’t know or say anything about restaurant when we checked in after seeing we prepaid for breakfast.

Property was nice. A bunch of children running in the hallway in the evening. Believe sports teams were staying at the same time. Room was nice but hair in the bathroom in the corner. Room service was excellent.
