The room was good but the bathroom was very poor and had a constant smell
The reception staff did not know what they were doing as they could not figure out the booking wasted half hour on check in and another half hour on checking out!

Great place to stay staff were really good and welcoming the hotel its self was very good as well. Had food in the bar which was very good food would stay again.

Beds comfy. Leisure facilities very good. Reception staff rude. Very frustrating check in. We had a large van couldn’t exit or enter & had to keep walking to reception for them to open the gate as they don’t answer the landline. Food was very good.

This hotel does not care for grievances. We had booked to stay at this hotel but my partners Uncle unfortunately died unexpectedly the night before our stay and we had to cancel but they are refusing to refund us or let us push the stay back to another date. Absolutely disgraceful that they’ve taken my money when we’ve not stayed. Avoid this company and spend your money with a more understanding business!
