No problems with the property.Just room cost I was charged.I went 2book that room, the charge on ******* Site,shown as $87.76(the exact price I am not able 2remember, but I know it was in the $83 2$88.range, not in the 100. range. Had it been 100 I would not have chosen this room/hotel. The only reason that I chose location on the fact that my wife I had been on the road since 8 AM Sat. morning it was near 5:30 pm when we decided 2stop check out Brownsville area. I knew that I had a credit of approx.$65 , since the room rate posted was in the $83 2 $88.range.I would take that room apply my credit on that location. Heck it was only one room with a queen size bed with private shower and restroom. When I saw my paid bill for $125. some change I was not a happy camper. I called ******* Customer Service and tried 2get this resolved. All the Representative was interested in telling me how he was going to saw me that I was wrong that the room was Always $125. Not $83-$88range. After several attempts 2get him 2listen to what I was saying him NOT showing any signs of understanding, I admit that I lost my temper told him that I was canceling my subscription would NEVER use ******* again.Had not been the only Snafu with reservation through *******. A week B4this snafu, on Friday 3rd of May 2024, we had book a room at Hampton Inn I was billed twice. Once by the Resort for $155 ******* charged me $189. The snafu was fixed. Inn refunded $155 ******* credit $48.Won’t use U agai.
