We really liked the possibility of leaving the car in the free car park in the area that closes at night and getting around from there by public transport. The pool was very useful in this very hot month of August and there is a supermarket within the premises in the service area. The room met our expectations and the views of the lake were exceptional. The sunset from the terrace was an ideal end to an exhausting day in Bordeaux.

It was a pretty good accommodation experience. I had a lot of fun outing. The room was very clean and the staff was very enthusiastic. The breakfast there was also very good. I was very satisfied with the overall effect. The surrounding environment is also very good.

Convenient, clean and well-located hotel for an evening at the new Bordeaux stadium.

Hello I had a really pitiful stay I explain to you, I arrived at 2 p.m. I got my room at 3:30 p.m. they got the wrong room and all the other rooms were not clean. They then gave us a dust filled room with dirty sheets. I had to complain to get a commercial gesture. To my surprise I was taken downstairs to speak with the manager. After more than 30 minutes of waiting he deigns to go out and then he prefers to talk to another person so I decide to go back to my room. Where he will come to offer me two free breakfasts or 15% off I accepted the 15% off. To my surprise today five days later I never received the 15% so he lied to me. I find it really pitiful neglect of people and especially lying. I still thank the hostess with her colleagues who tried to do the best, frankly the boss has no sense of relationship.
