Beautiful hotel in the centre of Bruges. Our room was immaculate, the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good time range Service in the bar was quick and friendly. The Xmas decorations were lovely. We would/will go back to this hotel.

Great location. Great outlook. The Victoria Loft looked amazing. Bedsheet was dirty though and had stains on it.

The reception was just great fast, helpfull. Because I left first day very early they prepared a breakfast pack for le who was ready at 05.00 AM. Bed and room a dream, bathroom all products high quality. Breakfast you would love to have everyday. Checkout fast easy and very gentle. Perfect hotel to stay in Bruges. For tourist info is 50 meter from market place.

The facial tissue run out only 2 left, I had to ask at the front desk, kind of unusual for a 5 star hotel, not paying attention to such service. And we paid over $200 per night. Hmmm

Worst experience of this trip! The fixed canal high-quality view room covers an area of ​​26 square meters. In fact, the room No. 2409 was given 12 square meters. The door was opened and pushed against the edge of the bed. Then there were 2 large bevels on the top of the room. Two people could not even turn their bodies around in the room. Go down and negotiate with the front desk. The front desk said that all the high-quality canal view rooms are like this. I personally think that it is deliberately giving us poor rooms for Chinese people who booked on Ctrip. It is a bit racially discriminatory. Looking at the layout of the room, you can tell that this room is the smallest room. You can’t see the canal at all in the canal view room, only a few roofs! The two stars are for the hotel's breakfast. The breakfast is really great, but the room must be given a bad review! And there is no service at all, not even a bottle of water.

The room was exactly what I expected in the pictures. The large crystal chandelier is more than 4 meters high. Perfect temperament. The location is very good, just a few steps away from the Grand Square, in the center of the old city. It is also very fast to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel for more than ten euros. The hotel has complete facilities, the room is not too small in Europe, the price is moderate, and the price/performance ratio is good.
