This hotel is in a great location right behind the belfry tower so it’s close to everything.
I arrived at the hotel very early so I left my bags and went out exploring. I came back just after 3pm and they said room is still not ready, but one staff intervened and I was then upgraded to a slightly larger room that was ready.
That same staff member at reception was extremely helpful with directing me to Wasbar in the market square where you can wash and dry your clothes for very cheap compared to the hotel service which is so expensive. This was after I told her the hotel service was too expensive she offered alternatives and I am grateful for that.

A hotel in a great location, right in the center of the medieval European city of Bruges. There is paid parking in the basement. The breakfast is excellent and has plenty of options. We loved it as a family...

Hotel just a half-minute walk from the Grote Mark or main square in Bruges, it couldn't be better located, with a very good breakfast and unbeatable reception staff. They advised us on a nearby car park at half the price of the hotel and helped us fill out the form online for traveling by car through the center of Bruges.
