The view is very good and the service is okay. The room is a bit cold, although the heating is turned on to the maximum, maybe because of the attic. You can watch the stars at night💫

Very nice boutique hotel with an incredible view of Lake Como
Friendly and available staff and very good breakfast.
The only downside, I would have liked when I booked on trip.com that I was told that the parking was paying.

Great hotel right next to grand canal, transportation and goldola service. 20 min walk to Piazza San Marco and 15 or so to Realto Bridge.

We were staying in Como and took the funicular up to Brunate one evening. There wasn't much open so we were pleased to happen upon this hotel with a lovely bar open to the public. We had a table outside on the terrace and enjoyed our spritzes with a gorgeous view of the sun setting over lake Como. The waitress was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the little snacks that came with our drinks.

Hôtel agréable avec un joli point de vue sur le lac de Côme.
Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Funiculaire à 100 mètres de l'hôtel. Eviter d'arriver la nuit car les routes sont très étroites.

The Bellavista is simply charming! Our stay could not have been more enjoyable! If you enjoy a serine and quiet experience, staying at the Bellavista in Brunate is the best choice in all of Lake Como. The Bellavista is family owned and operated, which extends a warm and welcoming experience! The view of Como from the hotel is spectacular too!
