After checking into the room, I found that there was no hot water. It took several hours to repair and I couldn't take a shower until after 10pm. There was no sound from the TV. The hotel front desk only worked until 9pm, which was very inconvenient. The coffee supply in the hotel lobby was not timely and the location signage was very unclear. The only advantage is that there is very little light pollution around the hotel, which is perfect for stargazing at night. Wouldn’t recommend staying here

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our Bryce Canyon vacation. The people there were incredibly warm and personable. The room was clean and the food at the restaurant next door was just great. The price-performance ratio was right here. You can also book a horse ride there, which we can only recommend. The horseback ride into the Red Canyon was worth every dollar. Thank you for unforgettable moments.
