The hotel has a very low rate, this is favorable for most people's pockets, however the cleanliness of the two rooms we used was not the best, when we opened the doors in both rooms there were cockroaches everywhere, when we turned on the lights The lights ran out to hide, the rooms have a very bad smell, apparently there were problems with the plumbing, but I don't know if that's the price of paying such a low rate.

I find it astonishing that some people have given this hotel favourable reviews. When I first opened the door to my room, my heart sank. It was a dismal looking room with a small window looking into the stairwell. No fridge & no hot water ( I hadn't thought to enquire as to whether they provided hot water--I thought all hotels did) But the worst by far was the overpowering stench of cockroach killer. Despite that, there were cockroaches scuttling about the room. I asked for a different room but I was told that they were filled up. In addition, the lady at the desk misinformed me when I asked if there was a mall nearby, to which she replied that the closest one was a long way away. In fact, I found a mall within a short walking distance containing a Dollar City, a huge Exito that sold clothing, groceries & everything else, as well as assorted other shops.
