Hotel only with wonderful location
I paid for room with 366 sg feet and I received first, one room with 248 sg feet. After discussion with the person from Reception I rcvd a room with 366 sg feet. In the room, the temperature was very low, the equipment for heating almost not exist.

I had a very successful stay; the conditions were extraordinary, and the team was skilled and kind. It is a superb building steeped in history. Its unique and special design exudes a quiet charm. An extremely rare Murano chandelier, a balcony, and a superb terrace add to its allure. The restaurant is small and elegant. The food is delicious, and the variety of wines is just right. On this occasion, I want to congratulate waiter Adrian again. He is remarkable and someone I have rarely met in this world. I will revisit you. Thanks for everything!

So this is a gorgeous place to stay , I think our timing was wrong , very quiet too quiet in staff areas just not enough people to ask for things and when I asked for a cocktail in the bar the lady said no ? No cocktails, it was so quiet I couldn’t understand why! But one guy Edwin, literally the best guy there, he runs breakfast , bar and pretty much everything- he’s the best and our trip was worth it coming from a busy business in Ireland trust me he’s a keeper - found other staff lacking not up to par with Edwin - people like enthusiastic waiting staff and staff in general that are interested ,happy - not staff that say ‘no’. In all it’s stunning but it’s staff won’t go out of the way the help you. Edwin should be a manager and whip those others into shape . He’s definitely does not get paid enough

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous avions réservé 1 chambre avec 2 lits mais il y a eu 1 erreur et nous n'avons eu qu'un grand lit. Points positifs : l'hôtel est TRÈS beau , la chambre également et surtout tout est en très bon état. La clim est silencieuse. Le personnel est sympathique et très rapide pour répondre à 1 demande . L'hôtel est à 2 mn du parc Carol et des commerces et à 15 mn du métro . Points négatifs : le bruit !!!!! Le vitrage n'est pas suffisamment isolant , notre chambre donnait sur la terrasse du restaurant, il y a de la musique vraiment forte jusqu'à tard le soir et il n'est pas possible de dormir avant que ça s'arrête. Il y a également de la musique diffusée dans les couloirs , un peu trop forte. Il ne faut pas oublier qu'on est dans une chambre d'hôtel pour dormir et j'aimerais pouvoir dormir à l'heure que je veux . Sans ce problème de bruit j'aurais mis 5/5 .

Das Hotel ist eine echte Oase in der Stadt, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das sehr aufmerksame Personal mit achtsamen Blick hilft dabei, einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu haben. Besonders schön ist es, wenn man nach einem heißen Sommertag auf diese ruhige Insel mitten im quirligen Bukarest zurückkehren kann. Wir hatten dort eine tolle Zeit und ich kann das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

An absolutely amazing experience in aesthetic delight and comfort. I felt like I was living in a fantasy. This heritage-listed hotel has everything in terms of comfort, beauty and luxury. The restaurant is very good and the breakfasts are excellent.

Really nice and classy hotel. Rooms are clean and stylish. Hotel is located on a quiet street. Restaurant food and service is amazing! Like a Michelin Star restaurant, but private and quiet. Recommend to couples and business travellers both.

The level of the hotel is just a nightmare, good renovation, beautiful wrapper but terrible maintenance, they couldn’t provide a crib for a child, the soundproofing in the hotel is terrible and they refused to make oatmeal for the child, and the cherry on the cake turned out to be moldy bread, which we wanted to photograph but the staff didn’t allow
