What a pleasant stay we had! Upon arrival, Costin, who checked us in promptly, made us feel comfortable and very welcomed. He understands our special need for a fragrance-free room due to our sensitivity to scents/chemicals. We got one on the higher floor, clean, spacious and nicely-decorated and has a beautiful city view! It had everything we need. Will not hesitate to book this hotel again.

From the outside the hotel looks very beautiful, but from the inside everything is more modest. Standard rooms are not too spacious - for five stars it seems a little cramped. Breakfast is quite up to the standard of the hotel. Varied and you can order porridge, for example.

We have family members that are Ukrainian Refugees that fled to safety in Bucharest. The General Manager of the Moxy Roxana-Maria Vişan was extremely empathetic and understanding to our situation. Lorena Dinescu Crew leader was equally amazing responding to all of our questions and providing incredible support for us. They provided the most special touching personalized service and hospitality to our family for 19 days. Thankfully we were able to find a permanent residence for them with friends in Breda, Netherlands. According to our family members the property has an amazing vibe, great rooms, ideal location to old town, and most importantly a friendly caring staff of employees. Mother-son city trip. Very interesting and very clean city with mostly nice people! Architecture is extremely interesting with very beautiful green spaces. A city well worth seeing. The hotel is very centrally located. We had a double room with single beds on the fifth floor. We didn't notice any noise from the rather noisy surroundings. Although we didn't open the window. The air conditioning is very good but also very loud. The furniture is old but still intact and therefore still usable. However, the carpet urgently needs cleaning.

stayed at Elitte Inn Suites with my wife and 3-year-old child for three days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Our room was spacious and perfectly suited for a family, with all the amenities we could need. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was a highlight of our stay—splendid food, beautifully presented, and the service was top-notch. We enjoyed delicious meals every day, and even our little one had a great time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

We were stranded at Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport and had to spend the night. We decided on the Ramada by Wyndham Bucharest Otopeni Airport. It was the right decision. Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was a pleasant size and modern. Even though the hotel is on a very busy street, you can't hear any of the noise in the room. The hotel itself is very quiet. The breakfast was very good. We found everything we wanted for breakfast. All in all, we would be happy to go back anytime... even though we really wanted to fly to our destination without interruption.

Someone might ask why 5/5 ! Short story I want to tell you about our long journey from country being in a war. Don’t know why bout we choose that hotel “ IBIS Style Bucharest Airport Hotel “ now I can see it’s was good choice! We just stepped in with no reservations at all after 20h of trip 😬 The hotel staff sorted us out with no questions asked even they were busy enough! We will try the best we can for you! And they did it! It’s special thanks for this, for professional support and service also nice and clean room and good food! 🙌🙌 I would recommend to you all!

I used this hotel as a base for 3 nights, the location is literally 5 minutes walk from the airport. Considering it’s proximity to the airport the prices were excellent also I was surprised there was no noise at all from the planes. The bedroom was very clean with comfy beds and nice pillows. Cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottled water, nice touch. Free safe in your room, good Wi-Fi which for me is very important. Good free gym, laundry facilities, good restaurant with an amazing choice for breakfast, you will not be disappointed in the food and service. What more can I say? Good prices, location, food, facilities and friendly staff. Keep up the good work I will 100% return on my next visit to Romania.
