Very good and clean. The staff immediately explained the nuances of living, such as turning on the air conditioner, TV and Wi-Fi. The room had everything necessary for personal hygiene, including a toothbrush. The only thing they didn't put was water on the second day of stay.

This is quite an underrated hotel, given the excellent service provision throughout my stay. It is located within walking distance from Bupyeong Station. The front desk staff were very courteous and could communicate effectively in English Language. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom came with a bathtub inside - rewarded myself with a little bath with a bath bomb on my last night! The breakfast was decent but delicious enough, consisting of a simple buffet spread with typical Korean dishes together with a choice of fruits, tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen staff will bow and express their appreciation to guests after each breakfast service - a little greeting which heartened my morning. There are also conference and meeting rooms available for rent (for B2B guests, each sold separately). Each room is equipped with a television and wi-fi connectivity, although the internet speed and bandwidth can vary despite the 5G wi-fi network. The room was also spacious enough for 1 to 2 occupants, with a view of the subway. Rest assured that the windows are soundproof, so ongoing overnight maintenance works on the tracks would not disrupt your slumber. Love the comfortable pyjamas that guests can self-collect at the Storey 1 lobby (if necessary), together with the in-room slippers. Amenities (e.g. shampoo, hair conditioner and bath foam etc.) are also provided. Not only will I strongly recommend this hotel to you, but I would also wish to have the opportunity to rent their properties again during my next trip to Korea or Japan. This review is written from the perspective of someone who goes out for nightlife activities. So the place is about a 30 min drive from hongdae. Not much in the area around the hotel. There are some good korean bbq places around the corner if you are hungry. The place is neat and tidy. The beds are comfortable. It looks great and if you are going here for anything thats not nightlife related this place might work for you.

It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth to stay however I want to comment a few things like to point it out. 1. Front desk workers are almost no manners, they seem to not have any idea how to greet people, they never say any word like thank you, may I help you? , how may I assist you? Next customer please, what’s your car license plate number? Anything I can help you? How was your stay in our hotel? I’m sorry I don’t understand etc.. I believe not they didn’t want to say something in English, they seemed to not educated people neither they were lacking in English conversation. Don’t expect any common western manners from them. That’s why I rated them “poor” in the service category. I hope they will improve their service quality next time I see them. Thanks for reading my review.

It was my first time staying in a hotel in Korea, and it was quite interesting. Although it was a small hotel, it had everything. Although it was a budget hotel, it was well equipped with personal care products, about ten kinds, free drinks, wet and dry slippers, bathrobes, mousse, etc. There were also two computers in the e-sports room. The room was not soundproofed, the bathroom was not separated into wet and dry areas, there were not many plugs and they were not convenient to use directly (the electrical appliances needed to be unplugged), which was a little bit of a flaw. The location of the hotel was good, not far from the Juan subway station, just a few steps away, but it needed to climb a little uphill, and the surrounding area was also quite lively, with several convenience stores nearby.

The room is neat and clean, and the place is spacious. The fly in the ointment is that the TV remote control cannot be pressed too far away, and the receiving point can only be used in a very close place. In addition, the cold air blows directly on the top of the head, so it cannot be adjusted to a relatively downward position. There is a problem with the electric orange system, poor contact. There is only 1 large bath towel for towels, which is not convenient for 2 people. The location is close to the station entrance, and there are many restaurants downstairs, all of which are good, very good. The overall experience is good.

I came here for a competition which exactly holding in this hotel. Hotel is clean and cozy and comfortable. No big issue just far away from town. If you wanting to walk to the metro it’s about 11am walk. A straight line (no change train) all the way to town. One and Half hour from hotel to Gwangjang Market. Overall , everything in hotel is ggod except far and the gym. But I’m a bit picky about gym as I am an athlete.

The customer service attitude at the front desk is very good. They can speak simple English and Chinese and help us call a taxi👍The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor. The environment is acceptable and breakfast is charged. The rooms are very average, a bit like a youth hostel. The toilet was poor, so I had to stand in the bathtub to take a bath. The bathtub was full of water, and it was almost overflowing to the outside. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, a Costco and IKEA around the hotel 😂 It's very close to KTX, but it seems a bit difficult to take a taxi nearby.

The hotel is about 5 minutes from Daehwa metro station… it is surrounded by restaurants and department stores. The staff is welcoming and attentive to the first needs.. breakfast was good. They have a rooftop bar with magnificent river at night. All rooms have balconies, there’s 7/11 next to the lobby if you want to grab some snacks or something . I highly recommend this property, we had an absolutely fun time at Kintex hotel .
