Comfortable, clean, welcoming with pleasant attentive staff. Daniela cooks a lovely breakfast, and Farouk was very pleasant and helpful. Very quiet location, with good public transport links into London. Plenty secure parking spaces. Highly recommend.

Fantastic trip to visit family. Fabulous location and all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts the best I’ve ever had in a premier inn and cooked to order. Special thank you to Farouk whose service went above and beyond at breakfast. Would certainly visit again. Thank you.

Farouk was really helpful and kind to us, he was extremely friendly and was willing to assist with any of my problems, I really enjoyed my breakfast and stay And Daniela cooked some really nice breakfast for me and my family, it was really tasty and I enjoyed it very much!!

Hotel room was not up to the expected standard expected of a Premier inn Room was not cleaned to Premier inn standard, water pressure was low so the shower was not pleasant. As i was only staying for one night it was not worth bothering the staff.

Really impressed with our stay at Buckhurst Hill our room was so comfortable and relaxing, the staff team made it such a perfect stay , breakfast was delicious , fresh and beautifully cooked, such a fabulous stay we will definitely return thankyou

We stayed one night, and it was perfect. On-line booking was quick and easy, Check-in was efficient and the lady who checked us in was really nice. We slept really well, and were served a great, hot breakfast, loads of choice and excellent quality. But, this said, the staff made the stay great. They were all so nice, attentive and professional. We will be staying again.

I booked 4 rooms for family for gatherings when we got there the cycle race was on the Sunday when asked staff about parking they could not be bothered so we had to park 20min walk to park the car they blamed the marshals for lack of information but when I left the marshals would of let us out also the breakfast was cold the offered a refund for breakfast but have been charged full price to call hotel there is a daily rate charge

Overall a good experience, very friendly staff, lovely clean room, great breakfast served by a very friendly Farouic and cooked by Daniela. I would very much recommend staying at this Premier Inn. Easily accessible and it has good parking facilities
