I made a booking on the same day of my planned arrival and informed the owner about my time of arrival asking if this would be a problem or not within a minute (literally). The customer support there couldn't answer the question directly, instead wasted several hours of my time sending me information on how to get in and check in online (which was suprisingly enough, not even available). Even though they knew it wouldn't work right away, they decided they are fully eligible for full reimbursement and refused to cancel the booking

I feel I need to now resort to this review as have had no resolution with the company. Booked a penthouse apartment. Got a standard apartment. Fine, it happens a mix up with the bookings. My fault, NO. Was told I would get back the difference in price between the 2 apartments. Fine, £150 refund, was acceptable to me as there was not another penthouse to offer at time of arrival. Im am now 7 months on and still no refund although I have been assured several times by email that I would get it! Still have the emails! It may not seem a big deal to you but I paid extra for the penthouse as I had a rough year and wanted to treat myself. When I didn’t get it I was disappointed but decided to get on with it as only had 5 days. Your girls in the office who I reported it to as soon as we arrived who, were very apologetic said we would get a refund. Poor after service and actual lies from this company. The emails with excuses about there being a problem with bank transfers etc. DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE JUST NEEDING A BREAK! On the positive Budapest is a lovely city and the Hungarian people are lovely.

Check in was horrible, they were sending their info through ******* and I booked with Agoda. After hours of finding the place I was made to pay more fees (taxes and $100 deposit). I never agreed to this and they couldnt give a rats pettuti. Had to go to a check in reception who were supposed to answer the bell when I tried to get in, they didnt. Very noisy outside all night until maybe 5am and at around 8am construction starts right above my apartment (hammer drills, grinders, etc). I called in hoping to get another room and was basically told to F@ off! Never again! Also carpets in the hallways are hoorible and shag rugs in the apartment look like they have never been cleaned in years, if at all. No soap for shower, no shampoo, no amenities of any kind.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Vision Apartments Budapest e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Gli appartamenti sono sempre puliti, profumati e ben curati, rendendo ogni rientro accogliente e piacevole. Lo staff è sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni necessità con professionalità e cortesia. La posizione è perfetta: situato nel cuore del quartiere della città, è circondato da ottimi ristoranti, un grande centro commerciale, e ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici come metro, tram e autobus, che permettono di muoversi comodamente in tutta Budapest. Per noi, Vision Apartments è diventata una vera e propria seconda casa a Budapest, e ogni volta che torneremo in città, sicuramente sarà la nostra prima scelta. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chi cerca qualità, comfort e un servizio eccellente.
