Die Pension ist schön gelegen, das Frühstück sehr gut (man wählt am Vorabend das warme Essen aus), die Gastgeber freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer selbst ist nicht erholsam: eine Badewanne steht im Zimmer direkt vor dem Fenster: beim Duschen wird fast alles nass und man kann kaum das Ausstellfenster bedienen - das Zimmer wird sehr warm, da auch die Sonne ab Nachmittag direkt aufs Fenster scheint.
Es gibt keinen Stuhl oder Sessel, keinen Tisch zum Schreiben oder daran zu essen.
Es gibt viele Kleiderbügel im Schrank, aber als Wanderer kann man eigentlich nichts auswaschen,- wo will man die nassen Sachen aufhängen?
Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig, man hlrt jedes Wasserrauschen der Nachbarn.
Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft - vielleicht in einem anderen Zimmer als Nr.7.

We loved it !! 5 stars throughout. A brilliant find. Such a nice welcome. So professional. Beautiful premises. Delicious breakfast, local produce used. Our room was so nice. Perfect for the two of us. We would recommend this guest house to all. Really great price for our Friday & Saturday night stay in late July 2024. Very clean. All facilities of a professional and well run guest house. 10 minute walk from the beach in Bude and Bude's beautiful views. 1 minute from the high street. About 30 seconds from Bude Golf Course. Parking was easy. But I have to say again, my wife and I LOVED the breakfasts we had. The owners are great. My wife and I would definitely recommend Sunrise Guest House, Bude EX23 8BY.

We only had a short visit and we felt everything was as others had already said..
Was very clear and well managed,
Breakfast was good and nice and hot.
My only thing but is personal for me,was the road parking finding a spot in the Street when we arrived.

This is an excellent place to stay and it's in an ideal location to explore Bude and the surrounding areas. There are two incredible beaches within a ten-minute walk and the shops are even closer. I travelled alone and stayed in a single room which even though small was ideal for me. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. The food was excellent and there were numerous options. I would like to thank the owners and definitely plan to return. This is somewhere I would most certainly recommend to others to stay when travelling to Bude.

All staff very friendly, helpful and professional. The guest house is very close and in walking distance 5-10 mins of Sumerleaze and Crooklets beaches with lots to explore and fantastic scenery to see.

Cannot recommend Sunrise Guest House enough. Absolutely lovely home from home very clean very comfortable Breakfast is delicious and so much choice. An absolute gem of a B&B. and so reasonable much better than many at double the price. Will definitely be back Thank you for a wonderful holiday weekend

Great value for money - very clean and tidy with a lovely breakfast. Tick Tick Tick. Highly recommended. Warm reception from the host on arrival and clear instructions prior. Nice outlook from the front rooms over the golf course and some distant sea views. Lots of choices for breakfast - huzzah!
