When I got off the bus, I was put on the white Hada by the hotel staff. It felt great. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was very good. The booked room does not include breakfast, I don't know how the breakfast is, everything else is fine.

Jhapad,Rohit, Bikash, Nisto they are very kind and professional. They always checked if the food was okay and asked if he needed anything. Thank you for your care. Thanks to them, I was able to have a comfortable meal. I totally recommend the hotel breakfast restaurant.

I have stayed several times at this wonderful hotel. It is a hidden gem: close enough to the stupa to enjoy but not so close that you get the noise. The staff is friendly and efficient, the breakfast good and the beautiful garden a oasis of calm. My favorite hotel in Kathmandu

The hotel is not big, the environment is quiet, the Tara statue in the lobby makes us feel safe and friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and I would like to praise the hotel guy, who is warm and hospitable, considerate of customers, and tries to meet all requirements. Our group of 6 people are very satisfied. Warm reminder: You need to bring your own toiletries, and there is a lack of hot water for washing.

Whilst the location and rooms are terrific, the service was absolutely awful. We went to the bar to have some coffee and got no acknowledgment of any sort from any of the waiters for 15 minutes and only after complaining did we get served. Dinner was late by an hour and again only hit served after complaining. Either the staff haven’t been trained to standard or the management is so weak that they can’t see the indifference the staff are showing their guests

The hotel surprised me. I saw a beautiful small garden as soon as I arrived at the hotel. The staff were very enthusiastic. I smelled a lemon scent when I entered the room. The bed was very clean. There was soothing music in the garden. The location is very good. It is right in Thamel Street. You can walk around and walk to Durbar Square to watch the sunset. The hotel is in a small alley, quiet in a busy city. Cars can drive in, which is very convenient. Turn left and you will find Tianjin pot stickers 100 meters away. The hotel breakfast is very rich and has local characteristics. The bus ticket to Pokhara was also purchased at the front desk. In short, I am very satisfied

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, its located just inside the main square. Room was comfortable and clean. The focal point of the property is its view of the durbar square from the rooftop. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
