Everything is very good, very new, and the service attitude is also very good. The downside is that the restaurant is too small, and the daily cleaning is very confusing. I stayed for 6 nights and didn't change the sheets once.

I find myself agreeing with some of the other reviews on here. The location of the hotel is perfect for the Budva Old Town & nearby beaches. We stayed in room 5007 in the annexe building which is appears fairly new. The rooms are spacious & modern. It had one of the best beds I have ever slept on - shame the pillows weren’t as comfortable! Rooms made up & towels changed daily. Nice balcony and the air con worked well in the 35+ degree heat. The staff were all lovely especially the two receptionists. The rooftop pool is lovely but needs more chairs & brollys for people who want to use the facility. Each floor of the annexe building has a roof space that could be used to much better effect than left empty, as there is nowhere to relax at the hotel if you don’t want to go to the beach every day, other than your balcony. Breakfast caters more for the European guest, also who wants chicken wings, onion rings and chips for breakfast! Was the same food every day. The bar area is never open and there is no atmosphere or encouragement to have dinner there. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance however. I will review separately. Lots of building work ongoing in Budva town with massive hotel projects and road improvements. Didn’t disturb us too much however but don’t expect to get in & out of Budva quickly! *Note to anyone using Tivat airport (used to be a military airport) when you are flying home be prepared for long queues 30/45 mins to security from checking in (only two lanes at security) nowhere near enough for the amount of flights leaving the airport! 6 departure gates. It’s a small airport with very limited resources. The airport entrance, check in and queue to security all merge into one free for all!

A nice clean and modern hotel close to the beach, the shops, all the restaurants, the tourist bus stop and Old Town. We stayed in a superior double room with a balcony. The room was clean but quite small. The balcony overlooked the balcony of the hotel directly in front of us so we never used it. The sign at reception on arrival was really unwelcoming saying you are not allowed to bring any food or drink in to the hotel at all under any circumstances! The staff in the hotel were very pleasant and engaging. There was a notice in the room giving a list of charges for any item of linen that got make up or hair dye on it! The air con initially only went down to 24 degrees, not helped by the housekeepers who seemed to deliberately lock the patio door ajar during the day so that the air con turned off so you came back to a 29 degree bedroom. We asked at reception regarding lowering the temperature and they remotely reduced our setting to 21.5 degrees. The breakfast was okay. You can sit outside under the vine canopy which was idyllic. Breakfast was lots of salads, breads, fried and scrambled eggs, and a selection of hot sausages. There was generally one or two fruits to choose from and cereals. There was a machine for coffee which was not the best but adequate. The fruit juice was squash. The pool was as lots of people have said, small and not somewhere you’d want to sit around. There were just 4 seats around the pool, no loungers. You pay to use the spa and there’s no gym. But Budva itself is beautiful. There are so many stunning restaurants and if you love walking you can walk for miles. The beaches are either pebbles or gravelly. Sea shoes are recommended for getting in and out of the sea. Sun beds are €10-20 per day for two. Cash is king! A lot of places only accepted cash (euros) especially when doing tours. There are loads of places to go either by local bus, taxi or a tourist bus. So in conclusion, the location and cleanliness were the highlights. The air con was sufficient but not brilliant. The breakfast was acceptable. Staff were nice.

Visited for four nights during May. This is very much a city style hotel. Some high and lowlights below. It’s easily accessible for the old town and beach, although there is a lot of building work going on which you have to dodge. The work goes on seven days a week as well - quite annoying hearing the diggers early in the morning but admire the work ethic! Highs - Staff very friendly and helpful - Modern clean hotel with spacious rooms - Limited breakfast options but enough for a good breakfast. The scrambled eggs and things in the metal containers didn’t look particularly appetising but the toast was very tasty! Would have liked some boiled eggs. - Although small, the pool is lovely. I swam at 8am most days and was the only person up there (the reception will give you pool towels) Lows - Cold water in the shower for a couple of days. - Have to phone down to reception to get the air conditioning put on (very odd) - Signs up saying if you get any make up on the towels you have to pay, I was paranoid about getting some eye make up on them (I’ve never known this before) - Small rooftop pool area with only a couple of seats, nowhere to really relax in the sun. - WiFi quite patchy.

Great little hotel we had a 4 nights stay. Close to beach and old town lots of building work going on nearby but not really a problem. Our room was lovely on 2nd floor no noise from outside at all. The room was quite big little mini fridge and free safe. Bathroom was good great shower Everything was spotlessly clean as was rest of the hotel. We only had breakfast which was OK plenty of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Didn't use the pool shame you couldn't take a drink up there. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Great stay in this modern hotel. Fab location close to beaches , Marina and Old Town. Rooms spacious with great shower, mini fridge, kettle , air con , safe , hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily. Lovely rooftop pool with great views but only a few chairs there. We just had a dip at the end of the day as we were out and about on the beach or exploring most days. Reception staff friendly and welcoming as were the restaurant staff. Adequate breakfast. As others had said there was a lot of building work going on close by but didn't spoil the holiday at all.

Lovely hotel, very good location to get to the old town and all the bars and restaurants. Room was spacious with a good bathroom with a lovely shower , fridge in room and a kettle provided. A decent breakfast every morning with plenty of choice and a changing variety of hot and cold dishes. The staff were lovely , girls on reception very welcoming and all staff at breakfast were attentive , rooms were cleaned and kept spotless. There were a few odd details like the rules stating no food or drinks from outside to be consumed in your room , although nothing was said to the beers and water we kept in our fridge. There is a lot of building work going on , but no noise can be heard in your room if you keep the balcony door closed .
