리셉션이 너무 친절해서 방에 낡은 전구를 3번을 왔다갔다 하면서 다 갈아주고 주차도 원래는 유료였는데 무료로 할수있게 주차자리를 안내해줬어요. 조식도 좋았어요.

Местоположение отличное, отель расположен буквально на набережной, в 1 мин ходьбы от пляжа, в 15 минутах от Старого города, за пол часа можно прогуляться до Бечичи. Персонал на ресепшн был недружелюбный, что очень удивило. Но не оказалось случайностью, т.к. в последующем отношение не изменилось. Мы отнеслись с юмором и продолжали дружелюбно здороваться и улыбаться, несмотря на их откровенно недовольные лица. Номер у нас был оплачен с видом на море, по факту нас заселили на 2 этаж, вид с которого простирался на помойку, заднюю часть торговых павильонов и стройку. Расстроились. Уточнили, нет ли возможности заселить нас повыше, но естественно получили отказ. Номер обычный, все необходимое есть, все работало без нареканий, довольно просторный балкон, сушилки для белья нет. Мини бар полный, все наполнение платное. Уборка хорошая. Wi Fi у нас в номере практически отсутствовал. Питание. Завтрак стандартный, нам было вполне достаточно. Не рекомендую оплачивать ужины, очень скудные, однообразные и не аппетитные, уровень столовой, стоимость проживания значительно увеличивают. В городе большое кол-во мест, где можно поесть, практически напротив отеля есть супермаркет. В описании отеля указано, что есть бассейн и спа. Мы спросили, где он находится и часы работы. На это получили ответ, что он на ремонте и срок его окончания неизвестен. На следующий день мы решили подняться на лифте на самый верхний этаж, чтобы посмотреть, какой там открывается вид. И там мы испытали шок – спа работает, бассейн тоже, внутри есть посетители.

We opted to stay here for 1 night only, as we were exploring the southern coast line for a couple of days, but staying in Igalo, in the north. As it was for the 1 night only, the hotel was sufficient. The room clean, toiletries provided, and we did get the sea view we requested. However, there is a lot of construction in the area, so we also had a view of the neighbouring building site too. There was a selection of food for the included breakfast buffet, but I did feel it it wasn't the best, as the hot food was actually cold. I did have to point out that several ants were climbing all over the pots of honey, that had gone unnoticed. The breakfast manager was very quick to remove them, but didn't even thank me or apologise for the issue, which I felt rude. We'd recommend a visit to the Old Town and pizza at Coco's, on the sea front.

The location is great. Breakfast buffet is a bit poor, for one night its ok. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The spa its ok but the pool was very cold. You should work a lot to satisfy a client beacuse we paid and we didnt received the service we expected

First of all, you can see the comment as another hotel manager. As managers of a five-star facility in Turkey/Bodrum, we chose this place for a 3-day trip. The hotel is quite affordable in terms of price and performance. Rooms are clean and useful... There was no kit in the room, but they provide it if you ask (slippers, bathrobe and toothpaste) I will not evaluate the breakfast variety as in Turkish hotels, because we, all-inclusive hotels, exaggerated this issue a little, but when we compare it with European hotels during our visit, it is okay. Only in the service. There were no napkins, wet wipes, brewed Turkish tea and a caring friend on the tables, and unfortunately, he was a bit distant, serious and sullen. But as a general evaluation, we can say that it got plus points thanks to the receptionist Gordana. It completely met my expectations. Spacious rooms, nice bathroom, bidet in the toilet, good breakfast, excellent staff, cleaning every day, they even collected my belongings every day. A nice large balcony. It's just an indoor pool, different from the photos, but we didn't need it.
