The room is quite new, but the stool on the balcony is so dirty that I can't bear to look at it. I wiped it at least ten times, but it's still very dirty. There is no one at the front desk all year round. If you have something, you can't find anyone for a while. The room facilities are not bad, but the design is not very reasonable and not very convenient to use.

I was really looking forward to staying here after reading the reviews. But OMG. The room does not have tea and coffee making facilities. If you want them you have to ask as there is not enough kettles to put in all rooms. A nice lady delivered the kettle and cups but no tea and coffee. I asked if it would be possible to get a couple of tea bags as the shops were shut, and I was told no. What a Joke. Also the safe in the room did not work they came up looked at it and said it needed an engineer. Never said when the engineer would be around to fix it. Went down to dinner, and the buffet presented to us was for hot and cold food, yet the hot food was as cold as the salad. The walls are marked the only place to put your case is on the floor, no good if you've got a bad back, sockets are made of cheap plastic, and the lamp shade is dirty. Maybe it's under new management!

Приехали в отель и никого не было на стойке регистрации. Все следующие дни там кто то был, но никто не говорит не на русском, не на английском как было заявлено. Когда заселились в комнату зашли в ванную, там воняло мочой а на полу разлита как раз она. Пошли жаловаться вниз, они пришли посмотрели, вызвали сантехника потому что туалет протекал. Я видел отзывы от других людей и все жаловались на плохой водопровод. Что говорить о еде, брали мы завтраки и он очень скудный а вкус ужасный. Поели там два раза а остальные дни завтракали в кафе неподалеку. Официанты очень жадные и не дают даже свою воду пить у них в столовой, или брать чашки в уличную зону столовой. Кровати для высоких людей то же не подходящие. Комнаты миниатюрные и негде ходить, если брать комнату на двоих даже нет балкона. Wi-Fi тут хороший и кондиционер мощный, хотя это наверное смотря в какой комнате. Отель нормальный переночевать но все же не советую.

Me and hubby stayed beginning of September for 11 nites. Staff very lovely and attentive, room spotless and roomy, bathroom fine. We only had breakfast which was fine for us, the usual hams, cereals, cheese and lots of fruit. Pastries and cakes and the hot food mainly eggs and different sausages. I was happy there was a toaster. A few comments from other people saying the breakfast was bland but while we were having breakfast most people’s plates were piled high so it can’t have been that bland ! The hotel just a 10 min walk to the beach and centre and further 10 mins walk to the old town which was lovely. There were only 5 sun beds by the small pool but we mainly went to the beach, only once after a cloudy morning and after a walk around Budva we came back to the hotel just as the sun came out so went by the pool and we were the only ones there. We went to Kotor and sveti Stefan by local bus and had a great time, so easy to use bus and bus station only 10 mins from hotel. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel to EVERYONE who visits Budva! I usually prefer branded hotels like Rits/One&Only/Four seasons, I and my boyfriend found this precious hotel by accident and it turned out we made the best decision for our trip. I would say everything was on the point but most of all the staff and customer service are exceptional. • Even before check in the team called my bf to brief about the hotel stay and wished for a safe trip until check in. • Upon arrival the whole team welcomed us and briefed about hotel facilities and services. • Every time we entered the hotel the whole team was so attentive and engaging with us friendly, offered drinks and towels. • We found surprise everyday which the whole team prepared, • When we entered they had a cute welcome surprise on the table with fresh flowers and complimentary wine and some fruits. • Next day the team prepared surprise anniversary event with balloons our name on it and beautifully decorated cakes and champagne and some fruits. It was so impressive that we felt it was prepared with genuine kind heart, effort and time. (I took 10000+pictures) • If you like taking pictures you will find so many picture spots in this beautiful hotel. • When we left hotel they gave us really thoughtful farewell presents with warm words which melts my heart. • Again, thank you so much too all! • The location of the hotel is like perfect in the middle of Budva and 3mins walk from old town where all these to be seen places are. • There is really popular lounge bar at the back of the hotel which you can easily go down and enjoy night life in Budva. • Also there is really cute clothing shop called Nina’s collection downstairs of the hotel. • The view is the BEST you can get from any hotels in Budva. • The moment we entered the room I couldn’t stop wowing at the view of whole Budva skyline and the port. • The room we stayed had a pretty little garden in the balcony which protected privacy from other rooms and at the same time gave us feeling of relaxation. Sometimes butterflies and bees came to the flowers in the garden. • Interior design is really tastefully done starting from the bed. • I should mention about the bed that this hotel use one of the best bed brands in the world which is Hastens Switzerland. I am very sensitive sleeper which quality sleep means lots. The breakfast food was okay, but the restaurant staff had a very bad attitude and kicked people out before they finished eating.

ЕЕленаThe hotel is not bad. The view of the balcony is good and it’s great to sit in the evening with a cup of coffee on the balcony, either in the morning or in the evening. The pool on the roof is impressive. But the declared spa, of course, is not what I would like to see and use. On the second day of using the spa, the hammam broke down. At breakfast, they forgot to put butter for the salad. And of course, I wanted to see real eggs in the omelet, and not a powder mixture for omelet. That is, if you want an omelet, you shouldn’t order it in hotels.

GGuest UserBeautiful self catering apartment in the quieter end of Budva (away from families and clubs), set just into the mountains. Great views from the balcony and indoor dining area, staff with excellent English and very friendly. Rooftop pool is very small but lots of sun beds and amazing to see the sea from up there and watch birds flying overhead as you cool down in the water. Very clean, good ensuite facilities, easy access to grocery stores and short walk to the beach and restaurants. Slightly longer walk to the old town (around 1.5 miles along the beach). We were on the 4th floor with wonderful views. (Only slight downside was no lift so a lot of stairs to climb. Good exercise!) Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe staff is very kind, my experience is 10/10. I recommend Villa Ljubanović, and also their restaurant Zeleni Gaj. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The Villa is located at the very center of the city so it’s close to a lot of tourists extraction. It’s a great place for some peace and quite, the internet is really fast. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Budva definitely come here!

DDeborah KWe recently had a suite at hotel Astoria in the walls of Budva old town. It had all the features we needed such as air conditioning, large bed, good shower and fridge/ minibar. A cooked breakfast could be eaten inside or outside on the terrace. The beach bar had great views, food and drink. One evening we had a meal on the rooftop restaurant which was a lovely setting. Reception and cleaning staff all very polite and helpful. The hotels best plus point is it’s position at the main gate to the old town. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
