Stayed here 2 nights for a visit to Knott's Berry Farm on a Friday in Oct 2024 for myself and my wife with a car rental. Stay was great, lots of parking, room was clean, shower water pressure was strong, wifi speed was sufficient for YouTube, 8 minute drive to Knott's Berry but the hotel also offers a free shuttle that you need to book ahead of time that we did not use but Uber or Lyft to the park would be cheaper than parking.

The service of this hotel is perfunctory. I don't recommend choosing this hotel. The hotel is close to the road and is quite noisy. I booked breakfast with Ctrip, but the front desk told me that there was no breakfast. The second time, the room cleaner knocked on the door at more than 8 o'clock in the morning, but no one opened the door. This happened three times. So I called the front desk to ask for the reaction. The front desk said that they knocked on the door because they checked out at 11 o'clock today. I said: My order clearly said check-out at 12 o'clock, how could it be 11 o'clock? Even if I check out at 11 o'clock, what does it mean to knock on the door at more than 8 o'clock in the morning? Are you urging the guests to leave? I told Ctrip that the check-out time of this hotel was 11 o'clock, but their order said it was 12 o'clock, which caused me and the front desk to not match each other! Their customer service said that the front desk could not get through, so I took my phone to the front desk, and they verified that it was 11 o'clock, so they changed the check-out time on the official website! I am still arguing with Ctrip. It is really tiring to book Ctrip!
