Disappointed with our room. We had been located within the under construction area way in the back. Felt we were in solitary confinement being in the area where there was no one around us because of the remodeling of the rooms around us.Lock on the door was broken and had to let front desk be notified. Requested a different room but was denied due to no extra room available. Not enough wash cloths to take a shower. Nice place but dissatisfied with the outcome.

Where did all the hair dryers go? Facilities are old but clean. Very close to Knotts Berry Farm.

The cleaning crew forgot to put towels in our room. There were no instructions on how to call the front desk. When I found a cleaning person. They couldn’t communicate with us.

The rooms are very spacious or average. The restaurant is closed and so is the gym the whole time we were there. I think it’s definitely worth the money. It’s a good location from the freeway restaurant and Knott’s Berry Farm very easy accessibility nothing fancy but definitely what we were looking for.

Room was fine for my family we slept good just the staff was horrible. The price was not the same as the price i booked the hotel for. Shw charged me over $30 more dor the night would not explain why my reservation was for 1 price and once we got there it changed and i owed more. She was very rude and basically said take it or leave it. One 1 Elevator was working and inspections are over a year over due for this property. I would never stay here again just by the way the staff was.. customer service is #1 for me and the front office staff was a negative 10
