The main drawback of my stay was the poor communication and lack of responsiveness from the administrators.
I arrived at 2:45 PM, but no one was there to open the building door. After waiting for 15 minutes, another guest let me in. I remained in the lobby with my luggage until 3:20 PM, when someone finally arrived. I had to approach them myself; otherwise, it seemed they might have left without assisting me. Despite sending a WhatsApp message and making two phone calls, I received no response.
The room itself was disappointing. It came with only one towel, which was stained but smelled clean, no soap, and just one used roll of toilet paper. The air conditioner didn't cool the room, and although I was given an 8-digit door code, I requested a change. It took 24 hours to receive a response and another 24 hours for the code to be updated. The shower was also an issue, being too small, with a dirty curtain that clung to me while showering. The pool, which was advertised as an amenity, was unfortunately too dirty to use.
Overall, the place is modern and could provide a good experience if they improve their responsiveness and offer basic amenities.
