Terrible stay. Great location but as far as the apartment went- we had to sleep on top of the sheets for three cold nights as the sheets were so unclean and no pillow cases which is very unhygienic. We all got bed bugs from the first night. Not a pleasant experience at all. Told staff numerous times but the my offered no solution- still got charged full price for an awful stay. Do not recommend at all.

Property was clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious.
Front desk staff (Gabriel specifically) was very friendly and helpful.
Location is excellent for strolling Palermo Soho.

Very friendly hotel - they let us leave our bags when we arrived early and took them to our room when it was ready so we did not have to worry about it when we arrived!
The room was large, comfortable and clean with a decent balcony. Very centralized in Palermo.
I booked because it was close to the metro, but of course it was under construction while we were there. That is my luck.
I highly recommend dinner at Carniceria about 2 blocks away - best dinner of our 3 week trip. We also had breakfast twice at Piccolina cafe.

Front desk gave us the warmest greeting and spent a great amount of time explaining the surrounding area and broader city- included restaurant and entertainment as well as safety tips. We immediately felt comfortable and was a great start to our amazing trip to Buenos Aires.

I loved this place and stayed here for a week. Nice large room with a comfortable bed. All of the amenities of your own studio apartment, most of which I didn’t use, as I was dining out so much. Close to all of the fine restaurants of Palermo and the funky vibes of the streets there. Very helpful staff and a great vibe. I will definitely stay here again. The place even has a rooftop pool!

Casa Joseph is wonderful and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to lots of restaurants. The staff speak English and are very courteous and helpful! Our hotel room was nice and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!
