I am very satisfied with the hotel environment, location and service attitude. I have stayed at Hilton hotels in many different places and my experience is that this is a good Hilton hotel. I recommend it! The hotel has a good location and is convenient to go anywhere.

Very convenient, there are restaurants everywhere! There are Chinese people working at the front desk and the service is also good!

The location of the hotel is very good, the room is big enough and the equipment is good. But the service was rather stiff. We booked a room on the Nansen cruise ship for the next day. Two guests shared a room, but they were given a double bed room. Two strangers couldn't sleep there. After long negotiations, we still couldn't resolve the issue, so we ended up patching up a quilt and sleeping on the sofa! In addition, the team arrived at the hotel after one o'clock in the evening, and they had to queue up at the front desk to check in one by one. They could not prepare their room cards in advance and check in directly! We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel on our return trip from the Antarctic cruise. When we arrived at the front desk, our key cards were all ready, which was very convenient!

Very good, clean and hygienic, the room is neat and comfortable, and the internal and external environment is very good!

I was very satisfied because I could walk to major tourist attractions, including the Woman's Bridge, and there were riverside roads nearby. I was satisfied in all aspects, including spacious rooms and friendly staff.

It was a quick one day trip but everything was at the level of a big hotel like the hilton

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, it was in a great location, and the staff was fantastic.

We enjoyed staying at Hilton Buenos Aires and especially having an excellent experience with stay in executive room (many VIP amenities). We were given early checkin when we arrived early after overnight flight.

Very good hotel at the centre. With good walking distance of the Presidential Palace and high street. Other attractions are with short taxi drive. Lots of restaurants around.

The room is out of date and has lots of mosquitoes. My wife and I got lots of mosquito bites.

We had a great stay here enroute to leaving for a cruise at the nearby port. Everyone working here was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food selections at Croutons an El Faro were wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Also arranged transportation for us from the airport to hotel (additional fee) as well as assisted us with getting transportation from the hotel to the cruiseport. Wonderful pool and gym also.

Everything was excellent. Gymn equipment could be reviewed for maintenance.
