Rooms with 2 twin beds are a plus point, rooms doors need renovation, breakfast menu is boring as foods are the same everyday

Hilton Buenos Aires is located in the port area. The surrounding area is very convenient. There are many dining facilities. The hotel service is warm. The room is clean and comfortable. It is highly recommended for business travel.

The location of the hotel is very good, the room is big enough and the equipment is good. But the service was rather stiff. We booked a room on the Nansen cruise ship for the next day. Two guests shared a room, but they were given a double bed room. Two strangers couldn't sleep there. After long negotiations, we still couldn't resolve the issue, so we ended up patching up a quilt and sleeping on the sofa! In addition, the team arrived at the hotel after one o'clock in the evening, and they had to queue up at the front desk to check in one by one. They could not prepare their room cards in advance and check in directly! We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel on our return trip from the Antarctic cruise. When we arrived at the front desk, our key cards were all ready, which was very convenient!
