Muy buenas instalaciones con atención al detalle. La calidad y calidez de la atención al cliente es excelente, todo el staff dispuesto a ayudarte con lo que necesites, y con el mejor humor. El desayuno es muy completo y con buen horario. Excelente experiencia.

O hotel ficou sem energia eletrica e nao conseguia ver nada no quarto na hora de sair as 4 hs da manha para ir ao aeroporto, o telefone nao funcionava para falar com a recepcao, nao pude tomar banho e tive que baixar 7 andares a pe' ... ninguem te ajuda com taxi ou outros servicos ... todos os outros edificios da rua tinham luz, so o hotel estava sem ... alem disso e' um hotel sem atrativos e de servico frio ... nao voltarei!

NH Crillon, es calidad de producto y eficiencia de Stafff, especialmente Alan y Antonio. Un lugar único en Buenos Aires, con mucha calidez. La ubicación privilegiada lo distinguen de todo el resto. Una y otra vez, volvería a quedarme en esta propiedad. Un verdadero Lujo!

Excelente todo. Hotel recién remodelado, con muy buen gusto. El desayuno exquisito, tanto lo dulce como lo salado, con productos de primera calidad. Personal amable, predispuesto y cordial. Parada del subte a 50 metros. Vuelvo seguro!!!

O hotel tem ótima localização e fica perto de bares, restaurantes, farmácias e lojas de conveniência. O quarto é bem espaçoso com cama super confortável com 6 travesseiros, guarda-roupas e uma ante-sala de TV. Ao lado da cama há tomada e entrada USB. Há bom espaço na bancada da pia para colocar necessaries. A água do chuveiro demora a esquentar, mas depois o banho fica ótimo. O café da manhã tem diversas opções e inclui até espumante. Recomendo!

Desde que ingresas al Hotel ya notas algo especial. El aroma, la amabilidad con que te reciben, el ambiente es moderno y limpio. El desayuno es fabuloso. Muy variado y de calidad. No parece un desayuno hotelero. Las habitaciones super limpias y perfumadas. Podrían parecerte chicas pero funcionan a la perfección. Se destaca el servicio. Solucionaron pequeños inconvenientes de inmediato. Parece un hotel 'solo adultos'. Todo funcionó de maravilla. Superó nuestras expectativas. Volveremos!!!

Muy lindo y excelente atención por parte de Alan de la recepción, la comodidad y la atención es muy buena, un lugar mágico para disfrutar tiempo con pareja o amigos, la comida es muy rica y la comodidad no se compara con otro hotel, muy recomendable, un lujo el hotel. Gracias !!
