When I come to Argentina for a business trip, it's more convenient to live here. I can save some money for the company, so there's nothing wrong with it. Still the most cost-effective

Excelente estado

Very convenient option to be in the middle of Bs As. Great 1bed 1 bath option for 3, unit comfy and impecable. Only downside was the quality of the bed sheets, truly bad, ripped and unfit for the beds, please take care of that for an outstanding stay. We will definitely be back 👍

I would not recommend this property at all. There is a Building Construction next to it -wall-to-wall. A drill starts at 8 AM everyday, and you feel the apartment shaking and the drill as if it was inside the apartment.

It said it had parking and when I arrived they told us that they did NOT have it available at that time but that we should stay calm because the area was very safe. Obviously we were never calm and the car was on the street both nights. It said reception (which is very important for the arrival and departure of a woman) and it did NOT have one. They charged me $10,000 of the deposit I paid as a guarantee saying I left dirty towels. They sent me photos of makeup stains saying that they don't come out, that the towels were no longer useful (when on top of that it is obvious that they are washed and that's it). Want to steal from people!!! I leave the photo they sent me of the supposed towel that I ruined. And the maid entered the room when I had not yet returned the key to the property and there were my things inside it. And they also lied saying that the maid had shown me the towels in person when that was never the case!!!

Hôtel appartement de moyenne gamme, très bien situé, qui avait tout pour être chez soi dans cette grande ville. À proximité des transports, excellents petits restaurants. Personnel charmant et prêt à aider. J’y retournerai sans faute. Gracias!

Chequear bien el precio antes de reservar ya que de repente te cambian la tarifa, fuimos solo por un día ya que íbamos a un recital y en el momento nos cambiaron la tarifa a dólares, tampoco nos respetaron el descuento x app que teníamos, era lo que ellos decían y no nos quedó otra en ese momento no podíamos buscar otro alojamiento por lo que tuvimos que quedarnos ahí, pero seguro que no volvería a ir más allá que sean lindos y modernos los deptos, la señorita de recepción poco predispuesta y sin intenciones de dejarnos conformes, mucho que desear y mejorar

En general buen lugar, la limpieza de regular para abajo...las cocheras pequeñas pero seguras y la zona excelente. En cinco días no tuvimos servicio de limpieza, ni material para realizarla, ni bolsa de residuo de repuesto !!!

Todo cómodo además estaba todo limpio,muy agradable y la ubicación justa para poder llegar a los lugares que uno necesitaba recorrer excelente atención y modalidad de los administrativos del departamento

No solo una vez que hacés el check in TE ATOMIZAN A SPAM y te mandan correos innecesarios y de comercios de la zona, lo peor fue que tienen un protocolo para darte la llave que parece de la Nasa. Nunca más.

Excelente ubicación. Lugar tranquilo. Amoblamiento de primer nivel. cuenta con todas las comodidades. Segun mi opinion es excesivo el monto de depósito que te solicitan al ingresar . El depósito no figura al hacer la reserva en booking.
