Ar condicionado super velho e barulhento, a persiana do quarto emperrou de tão velha , abrimos e emperrou , não nós trocaram de quarto o atendente do dia ainda sugeriu que foi nós que estragamos, café fraco, ,sem omelete, a salada de fruta doce demais com frutas de conserva e cara de 3 dias, sem saduicheira, quase nada saudável, suco doce demais, tirando a localização que é muito boa,o resto perde feio pra muitas pousadas baratas no Brasil.

Hotel com localização privilegiada e equipe atenci
O Wilton é hotel com excelente atendimento e localização privilegiada ( Callao / Santa Fé). Perto de vários restaurantes, lojas e estação de metrô. O preço é mto bom. Mas precisam melhorar a aparência dos quartos, modificações básicas( os móveis e decoração estão gastos) A estrutura dos quartos em termos de conforto é boa, tamanho do quarto, roupa de cama.

decepcionante
Decepcionante, um dia o quarto so foi limpo após as 19:30 quando reclamamos, importante passamos na rua o dia todo. Reservamos no hotel um taxa para o Aeroparque cujo valor foi informado 1.600 pesos porém o taxista nos cobrou 1.800 pesos dizendo que o hotel informou errado.

Hotel tal como nas fotos e descrição.
Os hoteis em Buenos Aires estão caros, este foi um bom custo beneficio. Muito bem localizado, apesar de ser numa avenida bem movimentada, no meu quarto não ouvia nenhum barulho da rua. Proximo a linha D do metro, se bem que só usamos uber e taxi uma vez que o atendente do hotel chamou para nós.
Tem cafés, muitas lojas, livrarias, de todo tipo de comercio nos arredores.

Excellent staff & location ! Rooms need upgrades !
Location is convenient, very helpful & professional staff members , cleaning crew does an excellent job to keep the bedsheets, towels clean ! Very poor A/C system , very LOUD A/C & not keeping the room cool / old A/C with filthy filter ! Carpets on the floor are spotted & old ! I had to pay extra for an upgraded room with cleaner carpet & window over very noisy Main Street ! Refrigerator was not keeping anything cool !
