Entrega de habitaciones SIN TOALLAS (recien a las 12 de la noche, tuvimos q irnos a cenar y a un evento sin bañarnos). Sábanas SUCIAS El wifi anda PÉSIMO La gente de recepción (ante el reclamo de las toallas) muy poco amable (señor de la tarde sobretodo)

LAS TOALLAS ESTABAN ROTAS, GASTADAS Y SUCIAS. EL PISO ESTABA MOJADO PORQUE PERDIA AGUA EL INODORO. NO HABIAN LIMPIADO LA HABITACION .HABIA BASURA Y DESPERDICIOS DE LOS HUESPEDES ANTERIORES. LA CORTINA DEL BANO ESTABA SUCIA CON MOHO. EL RESPALDO DE LA CAMA ESTABA SUCIO Y ROTO, EL ASCENSOR FUNCIONABA MAL, ESTUVIMOS ENCERRADOS 20 MINUTOS EN EL MISMO. No me pude quedar!!!. Tenia la reserva pero me fui, porque no lo soporte. En la recepción te recibe una persona desagradable con un desastre de papeles. El ascensor no funcionaba y tuve que subir por una escalera oscura sin iluminación. En la habitación, humedad y olor, cables sueltos, agujeros en las paredes en los pasillos, donde se ven los caños de agua. Horrible. Y esta como 4 estrellas??

Funcionarios nota 10 , muito atenciosos , cafe da manha bom , hotel falta reforma ,roupa de cama ,toalhas estavam encardidas e manchadas, limpeza do quarto e banheiro deixa a desejar , ar condicionado fazendo barulho ensurdecedor ,elevador com barulhos e rangido, parecia filme de terror

Very bad service, very old, they never renovate it. The rooms are not clean, very dirty; I asked for my airpods because I left them after making the checkout and there wasn’t a number that worked for speaking to someone. Not a good experience; just the location is good.
