Bad service

The location was centrally located, so it was good for sightseeing. Everything else was not so great. When I first made the reservation, I was going to stay for a long time, so I paid the double rate and asked for a front room with a view. The room I was first assigned that day was a corner room with no ventilation. So when I talked to them, they said there were no rooms available, but they asked for an additional fee to change the room. So I had no choice but to pay the additional fee and change the room. The second kindness, I don't know about the staff working during the day, but the staff working overtime may be the problem. It was a hotel, but there was no water in the room, so I asked if there was water, and they said there wasn't, and when I asked for ice service, they said there was no ice... So I bought water. The third breakfast was separate, but it was poor enough to pay an additional fee. The restaurant staff were not very friendly either. Overall, after staying for 5 nights and 6 days, this was an accommodation that I was not satisfied with except for the location.

Good location. Convenient transportation. Carrefour is downstairs. The room is clean and tidy. I will definitely come here again next time.

Good location, for those who like to stay in the center. But the hotel is bad, the room is very small, in the photo there is a pool on the roof, but it is not!!! The staff is great.

The facilities are very old and run down, but very clean. For the price I paid for one night, it's generally OK. The location is very central. But for a longer stay, I would choose a different hotel.

The price/performance ratio is high, and it is not far from major attractions and can be reached on foot. This is what I particularly like.

The only common area it has is the reception. Honestly, I booked because I thought there was a terrace and a pool as they appear in the photos but they don't have it and I was asked if the area was closed and she told me that it didn't exist. Also the day I arrived there was a protest and I am very close to the center which is an advantage and disadvantage at the same time.
