It was a very hot day and after lying to me with the maintenance staff they gave me a fan!! Of course, they charged me the full rate. A sad disappointment of a hotel where he went very calm and confident. The staff ate lunch and dinner at the reception desk. INADMISSIBLE !!! In de omschrijving is het een 4 ster restaurant met airco. De airco was zogenaamd stuk. Maar de airco werd niet aan gezet om kostenbesparing. Later bleek dat die truck altijd hadden . Er was ook al een rechtszaak geweest en moest geld aan gasten worden terugbetaald
Het ontbijt was wel erg mager. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Tienen una plaga de chinches gigante! Jamás me habían picado este tipo de plagas, estoy con una alergia gigante qué aun continúa desarrollándose después de haber llegado hace casi 2 semanas, iré a un alergologo ya que con todas las picadas que tengo en mi cuerpo lo más probable es que haya contradigo el mal de chagas y deba hacer un tratamiento ya que este parásito se muestra al pasar los años, las ronchas siguen apareciendo, no se como describir lo mal y lo grotesco que es, la cama estaba infectada de chiche, las paredes la alfombra, el respaldo, nos dimos cuenta lamentablemente la última noche que fue en la cual no pude dormir y encontré miles de estos bichos en la cama, llenos de sangre, cuento mi experiencia para las familias que van con niños, que tengan cuidado, el hotel no cuenta con aire acondicionado y sin un buen control de plagas esta seguirá propagandose y se los llevarán en sus maletas poniendo en riesgo a quienes dejamos en casa, nuestras cosas y nuestras familias que son alérgicas, ante esta situación nadie va a responder, pero espero que que tomen conciencia de lo que sucede en ese hotel! Ha sido mi primera experiencia en argentina y ha estado pésima, no por la atención de recurso humano, si no por las instalaciones y la plaga de chiches!

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights from March 8th - March 13th, and what we really liked was the service and staff there. Everyone was super friendly to us and always ready to help. We had some issues with our luggage (unrelated to them) and they offered to let us use their phones to try and contact who we needed. What we did not like, was the hotel itself. The lift had this awful motion that made us feel sick every time it stopped; the aircon in our room was broken for the entire duration of our stay (which is not fun when you're in a hot south-american country); the wifi also stopped working halfway through our stay so we had no internet for the last 3 days which we really needed to be able to plan the next leg of our trip; and the general cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing-we had dead flies on the bathroom ceiling. Finally, the biggest issue was simply that our room (and the hotel quite frankly) does not look anything like the photos advertised on *******. The photos on ******* are very heavily edited and carefully selected so as to not show you anything that might be wrong with the room. Other than that, the people were lovely and the breakfast was good.

Quase 40°C e havia poucos quartos com ar condicionado funcionando.
Chuveiro lembrando uma cascata, quando deveria fornecer "chuva". Mas pelo menos a temperatura era boa.
Colchão antigo e com depressões.
Porém o atendimento foi muito bom!!!
Já foi um hotel 4 estrelas bem confortável quando se chamava Cambremon, mas o tempo passou e ele envelheceu.

Por donde empezar, el ascensor parece de una Obra, se escucha desde la habitación muy fuerte, y eso que estaba en la más alejada, se escucha todo de todas las habitaciones, los colchones, almohadas y toallas son viejos. El desayuno es por demás modesto en relación al precio. La verdad no lo recomiendo.

Si bien no es un infraestructura moderna, la habitación que me brindaron estaba limpia, contaba con las comodidades básicas. Sobre la atención muy buena, no tendría queja alguna porque me ayudaron con toda la información q necesitaba , me guardaron mi equipaje sin problema , las recepcionistas muy amables.
