Muy buen hotel. Habitaciones amplias, instalaciones en muy buen estado, limpio, hermoso patio central, muy buen desayuno y buena atención de todo el personal. Tiene un salón mediano a pequeño para eventos. Buena calidad del coffe-break. Una excelente opción con la calidez de un hotel chico.

I arrived late at night and first they could not find my reservation, and I showed them the confirmation email, and the person at the reception said they had not the VIP room they had only standart, but I had booked 2 month in advanced and I got no notification that they did no have my room. After a lot of discusion, I got a superior room for one night and then I hace to move. The room they gave us smells , like humedity. I have asma, I already had to use the medication. Then they wanted to charge the VAT to a friend, but in Argentina when you pay with an creditcard issued outside Argentina, you do not have to pay the VAT. My recomendation avoid yourself a problem, book somewhere else

Estuvimos 3 días y lamentamos tener que irnos. Un lugar donde está pensado cada detalle para que el cliente disfrute su estadía. El personal atento en todo momento. Las camas mullidas. El desayuno completisimo. Lo recomiendo

Todo fue un gran disgusto. Programé una estadía de dos días con el objetivo de relajarme y tomar los servicios del spa. Días previos intenté llamar por teléfono y no me respondían. Escribí al email y al WhatsApp. Me aseguraron que estaba todo bien y que me avisarían si había inconvenientes.Inclusive reservé un masaje para el lunes. Ingresé un domingo, la piscina no estaba disponible, solo los saunas y una duchita escocesa. Fui a reclamar y me ofrecieron la bonificación en un masaje. Al día siguiente fui al gym y estaba desmantelado.. y el personal del spa no estaba. No había masaje...nada .. Fuí nuevamente a reclamar y me devolvieron el dinero, hice el bolso y me tuve que ir. No es un lugar para relajarse. Todo lo contrario. No vayan ! Busquen otra opción.

Puntos a favor: el desayuno exquisito y todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel suoer amables y predispuestos a solucionar problemas. En contra:CERO MANTENIMIENTO de las instalaciones del hotel, y además toallas ,batas y pantuflas en estado deplorable. Duchas que andan mal, falta de luz en la pileta interior, problemas con la temperatura de la misma. Manchas de humedad, cortinas Black out con agujeros, y la lista sigue. Una pena porque se nota que la construcción estuvo hecha con excelentes materiales y buen gusto.

Para los que saben sentir a entrelineas ...Villa Isidro tiene un "halo de Paraiso"...Se respira una "causa comun" en la excelente disponibilidad y servicio de sus empleados como el disfrute en las instalaciones perfectas y las manos maravillosas de Laura en los masajes. A medida que van pasando las horas luego de haber estado...uno siente que ha renovado el espiritu y las fuerzas son nuevas... Muchisimas gracias por el recibimiento y las atenciones. Excelente el almuerzo; la cascada en la pileta y los saunas.

Villa Isidro es un hotel boutique pequeño pero cómodo, muy bien ubicado a pocas cuadras del río de la Plata y del centro de San Ididro. Las habitaciones son agradables y el personal está atento a todas las necesidades y requerimientos de los clientes. El jardín es muy bonito y con sectores de pileta, quincho y descanso. Pero la pileta climatizada es pequeña y el spa tiene pocas servicios extra incluidos y muy poco personal; tan es así que estuvimos tres días y no logré combinar un horario adecuado para un masaje. De todos modos, pasamos una experiencia agradable. Es un lugar ideal para parejas que buscan un escape tranquilo para un fin de semana.

Fuimos con mi hija a pasar la tarde de spa. Super felices con la experiencia... todo funciona correctamente, muy amables todo y la merienda deliciosa. Muy buen lugar, para descansar y salir un poco de la rutina.
