The staff of young women who work at Lemon Suites is exceptional. If they can’t get it done, they will find someone who can. They will try and accommodate you, always, with a smile It is centrally located to the markets, restaurants in Santelmo. When I pass through again, I will definitely stay at Lemon Suites.

the location is excellent, and in a safe area, I can travel to every place on foot. there is a lot restaurant nearby. the bed is comfortable, the room is clean and nice. hotel staff is friendly also. I was staying in the 1st floor, and it is not noisy at all. the breakfast is good and the wifi is strong too, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

We had a good experience overall here, the room was nice, fluffy towels, close to shops, breakfast was very nice and good value ...But it was the staff who made our stay so great. We stayed here at the beginning and then again at the end of our 3 week trip. They booked a taxi for us arriving from the UK which was so reassuring to have in advance. They checked us in early when we arrived. Another colleague explained the currency situation- very helpful. And finally they helped us out in a bit of a crisis. My husband left his mobile in the taxi on the way to the airport when we were leaving Argentina. I called the hostel who had booked the taxi for us and the wonderful woman there contacted the driver and he came back to the airport- you never saw 2 more relieved people! Luckily we had given ourselves extra time at the airport so we were still in plenty of time. I'm so glad we stayed here rather than a hotel. The lonely planet said it was as good as a mid range hotel and it has a lot more going for it with all the help, hints and tips from the staff.

Next to san telmo square, the location is good. The hotel looks very good with the surrounding environment and the facilities inside are also good. It happens that the weekend stays to catch up with the square market on Sunday, which is very interesting. The surrounding residents and tourists will sing and dance on the square a bit similar to the domestic square dance.

A charming little boutique hotel. The location is great, you can walk to numerous points of interest in San Telmo, including the Sunday Market, and to adjacent areas like La Boca. One of the best features of L'Adresse was the service. We felt like we got to know Brian and Carlos. They were friendly, charming and very helpful. A highlight was a Tango show at El Almacen, which Brian and Carlos recommended. They arranged for a car that took us both ways. It was a fantastic show. Yes, such shows are ”touristy” and if you're a Tango aficionado or scholar, I imagine you could probably find something more authentic... but we're tourists, after all, so we don't look down on doing some touristy things!

WARNING: DECEPTIVE PRICING, this place will attempt to charge you a different price at CHECK IN TIME basically forcing YOU to either cancel the booking and find alternative accommodation at the last minute (imagine arriving late at night) or pay their dishonest new price. To be clear, I have travelled All OVER Argentina for 2 months and this is the ONLY place that has tried to charge me a different price from the reservation (except minor differences in the exchange rate). There is NO excuse to charge a price different from the reservation I don't care what excuse you have, and they also had made no attempt to contact you beforehand to warn or inform you of different pricing, nor to advertise this REAL price on the booking sites nor did they clearly state such pricing 'rules and exceptions' in their policy (which they falsely claim to btw). It's simple why they don't do the above because if they did they would lose a lot of business and bookings, no one would pay double the price quoted for a hostel dorm (total rip off) when with that same pricing you can get a private room or better at another accommodation. IMPORTANT NOTE: this dishonest establishment even had the AUDACITY to charge my credit card WITHOUT my permission when i clearly stated i would pay in cash with the LEGAL currency in Argentina at the quoted price of the reservation. After I made a complaint to customer support to try to resolve the issue and get them to honor the pricing, they proceeded to try to KICK me out of the hostel saying i wasn't welcome there whilst yet again trying to get ME to cancel the booking. It's the first time this has happened in all my years of travelling, great conflict resolution skills guys, you don't deserve to work in tourism. In the end they charged my credit card (i declined the unauthorised payment) to get my booking cancelled due to non payment so they wouldn't be PENALIZED for not honouring their booking yet even more dishonest behaviour, you be the judge. My recommendation is if this happens to you just go somewhere else, make a complaint to the booking site then leave a honest review to warn unsuspecting future guests. I ended up booking a private suite somewhere else which DID HONOR their reservation pricing for basically the same price they wanted to charge me for a shared dorm, you do the maths.
