This hotel is one of the most luxurious in BA and is located in a golden location. You can walk to the cemetery, and Hermes is across the road. The whole is indeed a palace style, very retro and beautiful, and the hotel that I live in NYC is much better. The service is quite satisfactory, and I can say that it is the service that this price hotel should have. Stayed here for a total of five nights, first-time arrival and imminent departure, bearing too many memories for me đ„șWill be back for sure

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the Athenian Bookstore. The hotelâs restaurant is also good, and dinner and breakfast are all eaten at the hotel. Accor's management group. The service staff in the hotel are very enthusiastic. I also did a SPA in the hotel, and the technology is okay. The only little regret is to consult with the hotel before going to the hotel about the taxi fare from the airport to the hotel. The hotel just doesn't say, but I highly recommend the hotel's airport pick-up service. . . Argentina is really cheap! The exhaust fan in the bathroom is loud, and the air outlet is facing the bed, so I dare not turn it on at night. . . Afraid of blowing it out.

We were very excited to stay at Hotel Casa Lucia, but unfortunately, the experience wasnât even close to 5 stars. At check-in, there was zero recognition of Hilton Diamond status and no mention of any benefits or breakfast. We had received an email prior to arrival and had sent our requests for a spa appointment. No mention of this either. I had to bring all of this up and then the lady had to call to see if anything had been confirmed. Then I had to get clarification on Diamond benefits (still unsure what exactly they are). When we got to our room (601), it was like we entered a refrigerator. The AC was set to 10 degrees C if you can believe it. The room was tiny, with a small window facing the windows and balconies of another not-so-nice building. Not the view of Buenos Aires we were hoping for. All of that aside, the condition of the room was atrocious. The carpet was stained all throughout the entryway and next to the bed, and there were scuff marks on the walls. The bathroom had the smallest shower Iâd ever seen, with one of those plastic white trays for a floor. When showering, water would spray out of a large open gap by the glass door and soak the bathroom floor. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were in large plastic bottles that were crumpled and disheveled because they didnât include the pumps and previous guests had squeezed the hell out of the bottles already. Room 601 was also right next to the cleaning closet where workers would go in and out all day, chatting and slamming the door. Lastly, when I tried calling down to the front desk to mention these issues, on the 1st try I was on hold for 5 minutes and then was hung up on. The 2nd and 3rd tries they just put me on hold and never picked up. Finally on the 4th try someone picked up. After going through these issues, the person just told me a manager would call me back. No one ever called back. Sadly, not surprising at all. This is a 3 star motel (if that) masquerading as a 5 star hotel. Itâs a shame because the lobby/bar area is really beautiful. Service is embarrassing, and donât even count on any additional effort or a slightly better room if you have Hilton status. Do yourself a favor and book the Four Seasons or Park Hyatt. At the prices Casa Lucia is charging (even when using points), itâs just highway robbery.

This was my second stay at Novotel Buenos Aires. It is located in the heart of downtown on Avenida Corrientes just down the street from El Oblisco (the Obelisk), the iconic monument in Buenos Aires. This hotel is in the heart of the theater district and within easy walking distance of nice malls like Galleria Pacifico. I love the location and the breakfast buffet is very nice. My room was clean, well appointed and in good condition. House keeping took good care of my room every day. The hotel is extremely close to the subway line which makes the whole city easy to reach. My overall feeling is that for my business stay, this hotel was just right. If I came back for a personal vacation with my family, I would also be very comfortable at this Novotel. Great value for what you get. A small gym, a pool and very close to some amazing restaurants.

The hotel has a rich breakfast, health, and good service. Locals like to drink Madai tea, so the bar provides hot water all day.

Terrific property, service and amenities. Suites are lovely, so is The Club Floor. Breakfast room downstairs is fulsome and the space tranquil. Canât beat the service from Concierges Christian and Pablo, Butler Nelson (supremely professional guys who have worked there for years/decades) the bellman and housekeeping teams also are fantastic. Twice over the course of seven nights I had an small problem in my room and the maintenance team was there in 10-15 minutes to quickly rectify. Having first visited about 20 years ago and returned several times, this property continues to be very well managed and operated. Kudos to the GM and the entire Intercon BA team. As an aside, two extraordinary evenings spent dining (again) at Don Julio and at Aramburu (recommended by Christian)

We had a great stay. Housekeeping was excellent, our room was always very clean. The front desk staff was very hospitable and allowed us a very late check out as our flight did not leave until later in the day. The location of the hotel was very central - Puerto Madero is right in the middle of the city - about 5 min walk to the Casa Rosada and Plaza de Mayo. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. The staff working at Alberto's bar was also very friendly and offered great service. We enjoyed breakfast very much as well - great selection.

Outstanding
GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!
OOlschak JayneHow a hostel should be run. One of the best I've ever stayed in, in 20 years of travelling. Curtains, charger, light and a lock box for every bed. Large lockers in the room. Rooms are super spacious. They have individual safety boxes with a password in the reception area and a camera watching them so you can leave valuables.
Fastidiously clean. Cleaned multiple times a day. All sheets, curtains are super clean. Many large, private bathrooms around the hostel with free soap, shampoo, conditioner.
Activities almost everyday ranging from empanada and mate making to tango lessons.
A wide range of common areas: 2 large, clean well stocked kitchens, a quiet room, a work room, a garden. Free water dispensers.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff 24/7.
Safe because you need to buzz in every time. Someone is there 24/7.
Right next to Florida Calle for money changing.
Closest subway is 2 minutes away.
Lots of shops, restaurants super close by. Including a really great, affordable, vegetarian self service place and a really nice restaurant with great meat where you get a discount for being a hostel customer.
I stayed there initially and went back after a trip to Patagonia. They let me leave my luggage while I was in Patagonia.
Sorry for the long review but having travelled a lot and stayed in many hostels, I was really impressed with how this hostel was run. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Thanks Che Juan Hostel.
LLiWe stayed at a loft room in Morden Apartment for 6 nights and we extended our stay for 7 nights .We are very happy with our choice.
Location: Perfect! It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We worked remotely and the WiFi was working perfectly fine for our work. There are plenty of green space outside the building for excises and walking. The ecological reserve is 5 minutes walking distance. Jumbo supermarket and an Asian grocery store ( Hawaii Market) are steps away. 10 minutes Uber to major historical sites. We walked to visit them most of the time.
Room condition: Spacious, clean, well maintained.
Service: We communicate with our host via WhatsApp for all the online checking in and other information. Very prompt response and efficient communication.
Breakfast: The breakfast is in a restaurant in the corner of the building. Starting at 8:30am. The menu is fixed and you have four options. No fruit.Itâs good enough for us. Coffee is great!
We highly recommend it for your visit in BA.
GGuest User 725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.
Convenient, comfortable and good neighbourhood. The apartment has all the basic necessities and very secure. Easy communication and prompt responses. Our requests had been adhered to without any issues. Itâs pretty new, clean, good bed and towels. Grocery store only 100 metres the most. We stayed for a week and we could have stayed for long if we had more time. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserWe stayed for 1 night around 2 weeks ago before our cruise. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was and the front desk host, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel late morning after a long flight from the US. We were relieved that our room was ready. We were starving and Daniel recommended a restaurant near the hotel that was excellent and affordable. Our room was on the top floor with a great view of the plaza. It was in a great location and we walked all over and saw landmarks like the Obelisk and Teatro Colon. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and sofa. The breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this hotel and it was very good value.
For this price, the hotel is very good. It is clean, maybe needs some renovation. Staff is friendly, but some were a little bit short of knowledge of English. Breakfast could have more choises. The best thing about the hotel was its location. Everything is near, and if not, then subway is near.
SshawndaikiLocation, location, location.
Excellent Punto cafe across the road, a Western Union branch round the corner, police station 2-3 blocks down, lotsa grocery stores around you, walking distance to San Telmo market, location is Babel Studioâs greatest advantage.
The other thing about location would be Argentinian late night party culture, you may not get a good nights sleep.
Clean and spacious room, reliable AC, hot water and pressure, it ticks the boxes for what one would expect in a stay. The only improvement I would hope for is to adjust the shower head holder, Iâm 6 ft and can reach it comfortably but for someone shorter it might be a stretch.
Also the monochrome design is modern and attractive but the white lighting makes the room feel harsh on the eyes. Warm lighting would do wonders for the space.
We did not have a smooth check in experience and was stranded outside for 15 min until another guest let us in as they were leaving. Would be good to receive check in info prior to the stay as the reception is not manned round the clock.
Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommend.
