Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buffalo

My husband and I stayed here while driving through the area. The hotel is conveniently located just off the interstate and is overall a very clean, reasonably priced hotel with pleasant staff and a decent breakfast included. Highly recommend.

It's a budget hotel near the airport and highway. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Though it's near the airport, we didn't notice the noise. It's an quiet stay. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was included.

Located near the highway and not far from the airport, you will hear flights landing starting at 5am. The hotel isn't bad but the room I had had a dirty or burnt carpet, the sofa was sinking half way tot the floor once seating on it. It's an acceptable hotel for 1 night onnthebway, nothing more.

We stayed here for a one night stopover. We would have happily stayed longer. The whole place has obviously been recently refurbished. The lobby, breakfast room and the room all looked brand new and immaculate. Car park was huge and the hotel was very quiet. We used the pool and spa when we arrived which was lovely after a long day of driving. Free breakfast was fantastic lots of choice and very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to return

We checked in and now have found our room door doesn’t latch or lock. Front desk says the door can’t be fixed tonight and they can’t move us to another room or hotel. They will not comp the room but are offering 1000 points. Unbelievable! I have stayed in this hotel in the past and found it acceptable.

I hate to give bad reviews but we were very disappointed with the condition of our room, mainly the bathroom. We had a handicap accessible shower, which was fine but the shower nozzle was broken & didn't attach to the wall, making it impossible to shower without spraying water ALL OVER the floor. The bathroom was like a swimming pool when we were all done showering. The soap dispenser wasn't attached to the wall . The makeshift seal, meant to keep water in, was moldy & gross. It was just very frustrating after a long day of travel to have to deal with such a mess, simply by showering. The good: The pool was cold but clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was impressive, with a TON of options. It appeared that they were doing renovations throughout, which is fine but I expected a functioning shower in our room!

Checked in at 7pm after a long day driving. Was given #204. Couldn’t get in my room due to workers putting furniture together in front of my room. Said they would hopefully be done by 8pm. Went to the desk and got another room. Outlet covers missing and the tub/shower was so moldy . The laundry/maids supply room and the electrical room doors were left wide open. Large boxes that tools come in left in stairway. Extension cord ran across parking lot to another building. We didn’t even stay for breakfast. Someone needs to get this place under control. I understand updating things but not at the cost of paying customers. Just a very bad experience all together.

There was construction in hotel. New sink area installed near a microwave and refrigerator. No light or garbage can there. Previous occupants broke something glass near the table in living area of room. Clerk calm up and cleaned it but it was missed by cleaning staff. Breakfast was good. Odd smell from elevator oil in hallway.

Room was not clean, no closet (literally, not even a hanger or bar), no fire alarm (which isn’t legal?!) just a hole where one should go, broken alarm clock, and “new” granite counter held up by shower rods as legs. Breakfast would have been better from the gas station across the street - same food but a lot cheaper. Front desk was not helpful - I asked how weather had been when checking in and told “I have no idea.” Ok, thanks for that - since our room didn’t get cable we could only see weather from Denver - while we were in Buffalo, WY. Made reservation weeks ahead and checked in late last night after very long day of driving and hiking, otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed. Not clean, not friendly, and not inexpensive. Supposedly “under renovation” but just looked uncared for and dirty.
