The thermal pool of the hotel is forbidden under the age of 16! This is very interesting, although the AquaPark is inside the hotel, it is paid!
There should be an all-inclusive concept in such a 5-star hotel, thank you

It was a very good trip and the last stop of my stay in Turkey. The hotel is rather old but definitely has a 5 star standard, both in terms of customer service and the details of the rooms, I am very glad I booked this hotel.
I was very happy that the hotel staff arranged a taxi and breakfast and wake-up call for me in advance as I was leaving from Ankara airport early the next morning.
The only thing I was confused about was that the hotel was only 500 metres from the airport, but there was a detour of almost 10 kilometres and the taxi ride to the airport was about 100 lira and took 15 minutes. Everything else is fine.✨
这是非常好的一次旅行，也是我在土耳其停留的最后一站。这个酒店虽然说设施比较陈旧了，但是绝对有五星的标准，不管是从客户的服务上，还是从房间的一些细节都能感受得到，我非常庆幸定了这家酒店。
由于第二天一早从安卡拉机场出发，酒店服务人员提前帮我安排好了出租车以及早餐还有叫醒服务，我非常满意。
只是疑惑的是这家酒店明明离机场只有500m，但是却有绕路将近10km，打车到机场100₺左右时长15mins。

The location of the hotel is not good, the hotel is old, neglected and not clean. The toilet in the room was leaking. We slept with the sound of water until the morning. It had a jacuzzi but it was not working. Interesting 🤔 the lamp in the bedroom was flashing, we did not understand why?? We made a reservation, entered the hotel and the first thing they told us was that Aqua was charged. 🤔 Be careful when making a reservation. We paid 120 TL for a really ridiculous fee to see if it was Aqua or not, and we were able to enter the pool. It's a thermal hotel but the indoor pool was not hygienic at all. It's interesting 🤔 the breakfast can't even be called mediocre. The staff on duty give you the breakfast items and that's interesting 🤔 overall it was a very bad experience. We will definitely not go there again.
