The room was big and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. You could hear people walking in the corridor, but not outside. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the coast and bus hub.

We really liked the facilities of this hotel, both the outdoor swimming pool with sea view and the large and very pleasant indoor swimming pool, good water temperature. Decent room and excellent welcome, nothing to say, excellent service, good breakfast

New structure, nothing to complain about. Service: EMPTY bar fridge, not even a bottle of water, non-existent bathroom courtesy kit ☹️ slippers not to mention. If they remain with this miserable policy, after having taken a Superior Sea View Room and paid a premium, I would expect some more service. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel is so welcoming, clean with excellent facitites. The room together with the A/C is great and the dining experience is 1st class. The staff are lovely across the board. The hotel is located in a central position with a good selected of bars and eateries. Would we return? Yes in a heart beat!!!!

Amongst the main worldwide hotel brands one hotel can seem very much like any other. They all offer similar services, decor, layout etc. They all blend in to one sometimes. So imagine turning up at a hotel expecting more of the same and then end up having your socks blown off!!! The main factor - Incredible Staff. Upon arrival Meghan (The Diamond) welcomed us so warmly we felt like family. Anyone who gives me a freshly baked cookie is a friend for life. What marketing genius this is ? We asked for an upgraded room if one was available as "frequent flyers" with the Hilton Group. Meghan explained the hotel was very busy but would ask her manager Alex if there was any chance. Alex offered us a fantastic room if we could wait until it was turned around. Our luggage was taken from us, we were sent to the bar and an hour later a superb room was ours and our luggage had been delivered. Both Alex, Meghan., Tia and Alejandro were a joy to deal with, so welcoming and friendly and it really set our expectations for a great holiday. The hotel is quite large and our rooms were at one end of the building however this suited us. During the walks to the room EVERY member of staff we ever encountered greeted us and spoke with us no matter how busy they were. It really created such a great atmosphere. Everyone felt like an old friend! Our maid Maria Vanessa was top notch - the room was immaculate and she was always so cheery, friendly and chatty. We never needed anything, it was already there, extra tissues, towels, anything. It was all there. Bottled water was provided to the room every day by the F&B team - one particularly hot day we downed the water and more was sent up for us in the evening. Most unexpected but welcome. The service at the bars was fast, fun and friendly. Particular shout out to Deniz and Alesha (sorry if thats spelt wrong Alesha) - they knew our drinks order before we did!!! Breakfast was buffet style with massive selection from pastries to fully cooked dishes with local Pastizzi and other dishes. There were variation each day which kept it interesting however there was such a massive selection you could easily try new things most days, Again - the staff were quick to clear, so polite and friendly. The upkeep of the hotel was excellent, renovations are ongoing but were never intrusive - the new beach club will be amazing if the plans and drawings are anything to go by. Beach towels for the sun lounges provided and the pool areas and gardens were well kept. The Pool bar was fun but never became intrusive as some can be at times. You want to party you can, you want to relax and unwind - you can. Plenty of space around the two pools. The gym was basic but it was fine - it had enough kit for a workout so another tick. So as frequent flyers with Hilton we would definitely say that this hotel has set the standard. It is better than many Hiltons we have stayed in... what made it special ??? first, if you have accessibility issues, then please consider a different hotel, or at the very least contact the hotel way in advance. Secondly try not to have any issues with your stay as they are useless at addressing them. Despite my hilton preferences being for a high floor and close to the lifts i was allocated a room at the far end of the hotel and on the first floor. First room was allocated right above the pool and would have been noisy. I also requested a room away from the cranes, as having been on the islands before, the construction noises can be significant. Room 1&2 were facing the crane. I also requested a bath when your reservation team asked for payment the day before arrival. I was told that they would get me one. I also enquired regarding the accessibility features within the hotel, and this was answered at the point of query (that the room type I booked didn’t offer this – this was fine) When I checked in to your hotel for the first time, there was no mention of requiring a pre deposit at the bar or a pool card. This led to me going to the bar, signing, and being told I had no credit (embarrassing) Secondly when I went to the pool the following day, they wouldn’t give me a towel. The second room had three stairs which is not acceptable for a wheelchair user. Furthermore, there was a pillar outside the room, therefore condensing a narrow corridor already. I cannot understand why any front desk would put a wheelchair user upstairs, albeit just three. It felt that you didn’t know/care. Upon moving the second time, I was told that the room would be ready as near to 12pm as possible, only to be told the following day by reception that this was not the procedure. It took till nearly 3 for the room to be ready When my second reservation was made, I pointed out that my mother-in-law had limited mobility and it would be helpful if she could be near us, or near the lift. She was allocated a room 1141 I think, which was a bit of a journey for her. She was eventually moved into 3003. I asked if there was anything facing the front just to be told “no”. No effort to look to resolve the issue at the front desk Any issues I had on holiday had to be addressed to Viktoria, who was excellent (thank you), who helped enormously with my move and to explain what options there was for my mother-in-law. In addition to the fiasco of the points and the name on the invoice. I noticed that one of the reservations on the Hilton Honors app had disappeared. I queried this for Erin on the desk to tell my that as my mother-in-law registered it would likely be her name on the invoice. I was to take my passport down the following day, and they would correct it. I did this only to be told by the agent it wasn’t required because my account was on the bookings. Erin was correct, the second receptionist wrong. This led to me spending a good amount of time on the Hilton app/mails and being passed around 7 departments in the ho

Well all I can say is amazing this place we could not fault is was so clean,food was amazing,staff very helpful and there's no need to rush for sunbeds as there's plenty for everyone which we was amazed no ques etc. Rooms were so clean and tidy and place was across road from beach so everything close so yes thankyou hilton we be back next year.

Nice hotel with a lot of amenities pools and bars. Helpful staff that were happy to help us with all are requests. The rooms were clean and water bottles refilled every day. Good upkeeping in Maltase standards. The historical site near the pool was also nice.
