Hotel Shams

I really enjoyed the service. The rooms were cozy, and they helped us with our luggage. Everyone was smiling and friendly. We'd happily come back again. The breakfasts were delicious!

The hotel was better than expected. I was able to do my laundry, take a dip in the pool, and had a delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly. The room is simple, clean, and comfortable. 100% recommended.

Very cozy family hotel. Comfortable rooms with everything you need (hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers). Very good breakfasts. The only thing we would recommend the hotel to consider is the curtains = they let in a lot of sun and from the very early sunrise it does not allow you to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel is simply excellent with very friendly service!!

Very bad, 2 nights in Bukhara and another night in a hotel next to the square, better location, room twice as much as this one, cheaper. There is no so-called airport shuttle, they just help you call a taxi, which is more expensive than calling it yourself

Breakfast was delicious. It took a while for the hot water to come out, but that was no problem. The water server was at room temperature, but you could drink it any time.

This hotel is outside the city, but there is a small road to the hotel, which takes 10 minutes to reach, or 15 minutes to walk. The hotel's positioning is correct, but the positioning on Baidu is wrong. The hotel feels like a family-style service hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean, and relatively large. It is also considered upper-middle level in the local area. There is a swimming pool in the whole hotel, and there is a large living room where you can exchange money, and the exchange rate is also good. The service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the elderly couple who are very friendly to us. They speak good English. You can see the photos of the room.
