The staff were friendly, and the rooms were fairly clean, but no slippers or conditioner were provided. The hotel is located in the old town, a 15-minute walk from attractions and slightly closer to good restaurants. Be aware that the roads are quite narrow with many turns and a lot of traffic, so drivers may need time to find their way; it is recommended to walk out a bit or hail a taxi from the main street.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is very close to the old town, about a 5-minute walk to Leipziger Platz. Breakfast is a buffet and was decent. The single room was a bit small, but the cleanliness was fine.

Grat place and location, decent room with bathtub. 🛀 no takeaway breakfast was offered even though I had very early checkout which is usually standard but I also didn’t push for it. Overall nice place, can recommend

Amazing hotel located right next to the old town in Bukhara. The room was super clean and the breakfast was extremely good. I would recommend it both for it location and for its stunning architecture

The front desk staff were super friendly ☺️ The rooms and courtyard are also lovely! It's less than a 5-minute walk to Lyab-i Hauz. You can even call a Yandex (taxi) right to the front of the hotel, which is very convenient!

Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were clean but slightly small. The bathroom seemed as big as the room. We were allocated a cave-like room in a revamped madrasah. The breakfast was superb too!

I booked a superior single room. I was a bit worried because I didn't get a response when I asked if it would be one bed for two adults, but thankfully it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was a relief. The room was on the first floor, a corner unit, facing a small courtyard past the reception (not the courtyard shown in pictures). Security was excellent. However, a downside was that the courtyard light stayed on all night, and the light coming through the glass window above the door disturbed my sleep. Also, the middle of the mattress was worn out, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The reception staff were fluent in English and very helpful. Since I had an early check-out, they even prepared a breakfast box with sandwiches and an apple. Yandex taxi also came right to the hotel entrance, which was great. If I visit again, I'd definitely like to stay in a room facing the courtyard past the breakfast area.

In some means, it was dreamlike. Believe or not, it took Buhar over Samarkand for me!

If anyone is wondering where to stay in Bukhara, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location, hospitality, cleanliness, food, and security were all top-notch. In particular, the room's interior design was so beautiful that it really made me feel like I was traveling in a wonderful city. I also requested a room with a bathtub, and they provided a very spacious one where I could comfortably stretch my legs. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and if I ever have the chance to visit Bukhara again, I will definitely book this place.

Minzifa Boutique Hotel feels like a living historical relic. The entire property is beautifully adorned with traditional Uzbek wall art, intricate geometric and floral motifs. Every corner is a visual delight! Our room felt like stepping back into the Silk Road era intricately decorated, warm, and full of character. Breakfast was exceptional. Wholesome, homemade, and freshly prepared. Hospitality is top-notch. Genuinely welcoming staff There’s even a underground boutique inside selling traditional Uzbek outfits. Don’t miss it. A truly memorable stay in Bukhara.

This place was such a nightmare for me. It started with the rude receptionist showing me to a small, narrow room that reminded me of a jail cell. It had a single bed. When I told him that was not the king size bed listed on trip.com that I booked, he told that the single WAS a kind size bed! (Gaslighting) When I insisted on switching rooms, I got something which was closer to what the pics showed, but with less charm. Really it was just a very basic room with a bed thrown in. You know how some hotels have rooms where they seem to have thought of every little detail? This was the exact opposite. It all seemed so not thought out. The outer wooden doors were hard to close and kept popping open. The inner door had a window and only a thin piece of cloth covering it, it didn’t go all the way down so anyone who bent down could peek in the room. The water in the shower went from hot to cold, and didn’t stay comfortable temperature. It was hard to find an outlet to charge my phone. The room had small windows at the very top where sunlight would stream in, no covering or blackout shade. Anyways, it was such a bad experience I checked out early. And hotel would not let me cancel the final night, they didn’t refund me despite my sending a request several times. Also, one of the receptionists was so rude. Covertly rude but you can tell. This place is more like a guesthouse than a boutique hotel. Just never again.
