Beautiful hotel. Very high speck decor. Really good cafe in hotel. Breakfast was very well laid out and very tasty. A good variety available everyday. Welcome drinks and snacks given on arrival. Our room had a huge bed. Fridge and tea and coffees making facilities. Big wardrobes. Only downside was the bathroom had a bad smell on the evening. Very close to tourist spots and shopping.

This hotel is located on the same street but just down one end from a lot of the restaurants etc, about 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was great, a terrific range of food. Room was comfortable and it was nice to be welcomed with a drink on arrival. We were in room one which both faced the street and was very close to the reception desk so it was a touch noisy. About 3am on the first night, the room suddenly lit up with a bright light, it was the air conditioning panel which went completely bright and then turned off. It appeared to have blown out. We reported this and the following day, some time was spent trying to fix it and it was eventually done. Good service. All in all, a mostly good stay.

Everything is really excellent! I have never seen such a good, wide and moderately soft bed with excellent fluffy pillows. 👍🏻 The size of room is a big enough and the cozy at the same time. There are all necessary things in the nice bathroom and in the good and big closet. The buffet for breakfast has a very huge variety of food. You can find any kind of food for any taste. So I can honestly offer everyone to stay there.

Bellissimo hotel vicino al centro di Bukhara, modernissimo e tecnologico, stanze ampie, letto gigante da 3 metri nonostante avevo prenotato una singola, dotato di tutti i confort, colazione con tantissima scelta per tutti i gusti, piscina e tanti altri servizi.

La posizione è comodissima perché è a pochi minuti fuori dal centro storico. L’hotel da fuori è molto bello e sento e tutto un gioco di marmi e oro. A noi sono toccate le camere a piano terra che sono piuttosto buie anche perché affacciandosi sul cortile occorre tenere sempre te tende tirate. Le camere sono ampie e i letti matrimoniali sono “a tre piazze”: enormi. Il punto di forza è la colazione, servita al piano interrato, con una varietà infinita di pietanze dolci e salate. Non ha piscina o atri servizi accessori.

Der Empfang ist freundlich, schnell und professionell. Wir müssen nicht einmal unsere Pässe abgeben und das Gepäck ist schnell auf dem Zimmer (Nr. 306). Dieses ist sehr geräumig, verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Kühlschrank (leer), einem Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee, einen Safe, Stühle mit Tisch und einem Schreibtisch. Da das Zimmer zum Innenhof liegt, ist es auch sehr leise. Das Badezimmer bietet alles, was es soll. Eine moderne Ausstattung mit großer Dusche etc. Frühstück gibt es ab 7 Uhr im Palmira Restaurant. Es ist gut, wenn man etwas früher, als gewohnt, zum Frühstück erscheint. Das Restaurant ist sehr unorganisiert. Wer Eier frisch gebraten bekommen möchte, muss lange warten, da nur eine Person diese auf einer Herdplatte zubereitet. Nachgelegt wird selten und dem Personal scheint komplett der Überblick abhanden gekommen zu sein. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Käse und Wurst, eine grandiose Auswahl von Teigtaschen und auch warme Gerichte.

Pues no se ni como describirlo, la toalla quedo manchada del color del tinte del pelo, rojo, algo que también me sucede en casa, con toallas y otras prendas, y con un simple lavado desaparece, pues me hicieron pagar 8 euros, según ellos por estropear la toalla, insólito, es la primera vez que me pasa en mas de 20 años

The rooms are spacious but the staff were quite rude to us. The restaurant staff are not pleasant either. Our experience was ruined by the interaction we had with the reception staff when we were due to check out, especially with the older man who seemed to be in charge. Would not stay here again.
