Best Hotels near Jeriau Waterfall, Bukit Fraser

Fast check in and out. The location is the best, stayed in deluxe room with a golf view, but the room need some upgrades, especially the carpet and the furniture. Cleanliness of the room is average, because there's few dried orange seeds on the carpet floor, I guess the cleaner must have been blind spotted (as the color of the seeds and carpet are almost the same). There's no telephone in the room but the tv is updated. Side lamp does not work (need to change the bulb) but it did not bother me that much. It is just an average hotel but comfy room to stay. Its not a bad hotel, but upgrade your room please. Give some vibrant color.

The apartment need new looks, parking limited since its a apartment. No kitchen facilities such as microwave plates etc. But overall I enjoyed staying with my family,

Love this Budget hotel. Only find that the pillow is lumpy. Maybe is good to change those pillows. The breakfast Nasi lemak is good. Will stay here again as it is value for money n clean. They have 3 Suite Double rooms on ground floor, so if u can’t climb stairs, ask for the Suite double room. Lots of parking area in front of the hotel n opposite parking area.

the service staffs are very polite. we booked 1 twins room and 1 family room. there's no lift in this hotel, so if traveling with elderly probably need to choose room at the ground floor. but the activities (hotel backrooms) are happen there, so probably not suitable for those light sleeper. for twin room located ground floor, there is no window. with standing shower. for family room located first floor, it's very big with 2 king size beds. with bathtub(climbing of stairs required. we have 1 big luggage, so it's pretty challenging to carry it up and down). the bad points. 1)the toilet flooring is so slippery when it's wet. the hotel did place a pair of flip flop in the room but my granny doesn't feel comfortable wearing it. will be great if they can treat the floor with non slip solution or place non slip mat. 2) the bathtub is very high. so short people like us is quite difficult to climb in and out and there's no grip handles near. so it's quite dangerous for elderly. since the bathroom is big, it will be great if they can install standing shower. the basin pipe is spoil, so if you turn up for heavier flow of water, the water will spill from the pipe, causing wet floor. the bathroom room floor is very slippery too. 3) carpet for both rooms required cleaning badly. when we walk without shoe after shower, our soles will be all dirty when we reach the bed. hope these will be improved. it will be a better place to stay.

We booked Sarang for a 3D/2N private event for 35 guests. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Love the bookshelf design in all the rooms. Woke up to the sound of chirping birds, witnessed a huge lizard and squirrel climbing up a huge tree trunk , while still tucked in bed. How cool is that?. Superb jungle view from our room. The pool is clean and cool. We chilled around the pool and the bamboo garden for our meals & drinks. Some of our guests participated in night trekking & water rafting organised by Sarang. It was simply awesome adventures. Everything was well planned. Our guests enjoyed themselves very much. We kept getting lovely comments from our guests about how fantastic their stay were @ Sarang. Thank you Sarang for making our stay a memorable one!
