IT WAS HORRIBLE! When we arrived at place there were 3 rooms. One of the room was locked. We contacted the person incharge and they have already prepared a video before hand and within 1 minute they sent us the video to show us how to open the door with a universal key. Upon payed RM250. 42 through credit card/ on Booking. Com page, we received message from whatsapp demanding another extra RM100 deposit claimed to be damaged/late check out penalty charges. When asked again to pay deposit face to face upon arrival, the request was denied claiming they are " out of town" and wanted us to do a contactless-payment. As, we were checking out, i asked about the deposit through WhatsApp, they replied saying the room will be assessed for cleanliness/damage and if none, deposit will be returned at 9.00pm. After 2 hours, A video received in WA showing a loose/ damaged (still intacted) door handle. We explained to them its not caused by us and we didnt force open since the door was locked. They've given many excuses to accuse us for damaging their property. WE STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THIS IS A WELL-PLANNED SCAM! please view the attachment file as proof. In total, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. And i mean EVERYONE!
