About 300 meters from Taman Mutiara business centre with mostly automotive business zone along the road. There are 7eleven, Grocer Mart, snooker and small foodcourt at the groundfoor. Opposite of the factory worker's hostel. Limited parking space shared with recycle bin. Overall comfortable for traveller.

Affordable price, spacious and comfortable room, convenient to travel, there are 7-Eleven stores, you can buy food all the time. But the room is quite full quickly when booking in the application. Sometimes you have to book a long time in advance. But it is worth it.

There is nothing to eat nearby, but grab is convenient. The waiter at the front desk is not good, his face is so sour as if he owes him millions.

The hotel is located on the mainland, before calling a taxi, please note this, Google maps lead in the wrong direction.
