Excellent stay. Helpful staff who recommended good guide for Matobo National Park in short notice. Close to a supermarket and a pharmacy which is convenient. No much to see in the area around, however.

It was a good stay. The service was good as they offer to help and they’ll do if you request them for something , but they might be slow. The internet was perfect for working. The breakfast was good with many varieties.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely courteous and welcoming.
The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities one would expect from a high-end hotel. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, which helped make my stay feel luxurious and relaxing.
