Good location
On the other hand, I had asked in the special requests to have a room with a refrigerator, to provide medical treatment, when we arrived at 9 p.m. our room did not have one. The person at reception was very kind, she changed rooms for us. But she told us she never received our request. However I received a response telling me that they would do their best. Whose answer is it?

Highly recommend this place for any family trip. Close to shopping centers and river entrance. Quick and Easy check in. Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a ****** o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the casinos. Thanks everyone here for an awesome stay

Unfortunately the place was not properly clean. Found bugs on the bed and old food inside the refrigerator which we trew away. The hotel staff was never available and there was no breakfast available. At least at 7:30 am before leaving for the day.

What a dive, stay clear of this bed bug infestation, the rooms are filthy, the linens smell like BO, no water pressure, wifi is a joke, can't watch television keeps intermittent every five minutes, all the 5/5 reviews are from friends that are trying to make this dive appear attractive, not the cheapest in the area, Motel 6 very reasonable and extended stays no move in and move out, Patel family will take care of you like your family, Lodge on the River is a terrible motel, advertising Hotel, the property is gross, pool, ice bags, laundry room, breakfast is a joke, save time and money, Motel 6 or Days Inn. Lori Lascola property management been there 3 weeks already and still can't seem to get it right.

Unacceptable We stayed one night, august 20th Room was extremely dirty, floor and moreover the sheets all spotted We slept in our sleeping bag Pool not working with no previous notice Breakfast included, but coffee machine and orange juice not working, nothing in exchange Not worthy a stop
